【摘要】：目的:觀察血府逐瘀湯治療不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛(心血瘀阻型)的臨床療效。方法:本次研究以60例于2015年2月——2016年1月在山東中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院心內(nèi)科住院的不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛(心血瘀阻型)患者為研究對象。將符合入選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例患者根據(jù)隨機(jī)原則平均分為血府逐瘀湯治療組和對照組。兩組患者均治療4周,觀察治療前后安全性指標(biāo)及臨床療效,對試驗(yàn)的安全性進(jìn)行判定。并對治療前后各項(xiàng)結(jié)果分別進(jìn)行組間和組內(nèi)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:血府逐瘀湯能明顯改善不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛(心血瘀阻型)的臨床癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on unstable angina pectoris. Methods: from February 2015 to January 2016, 60 patients with unstable angina pectoris (heart blood stasis type) hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology, the first affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine, were studied. According to the random principle, 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into Xuefu Zhuyu decoction treatment group and control group. The two groups were treated for 4 weeks. The safety indexes and clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment, and the safety of the trial was determined. The results before and after treatment were analyzed statistically. Results: Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of unstable angina pectoris (heart blood stasis type).
