【摘要】：朱南孫教授從醫(yī)已70余載,在治療婦科疾病方面積累了豐富的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn),見解獨(dú)到。其尤以擅長(zhǎng)治療女子不孕,臨床效果顯著。朱南孫教授提倡不孕的辨證應(yīng)當(dāng)首分虛實(shí),虛則當(dāng)辨陰陽(yáng),實(shí)則當(dāng)別清通、溫通。治療上更是提出虛則調(diào)補(bǔ)肝腎、填補(bǔ)精血,實(shí)則理氣通滯,清熱利濕的治療原則,收到良好的臨床療效。文章對(duì)朱南孫教授治療不孕驗(yàn)案兩則進(jìn)行討論淺析,以期為臨床治療女子不孕提供新的思路和方法。
[Abstract]:Professor Zhu Nansun has been in medicine for more than 70 years and has accumulated rich clinical experience in the treatment of gynecological diseases. It is especially good at treating female infertility, the clinical effect is remarkable. Professor Zhu Nansun advocates that the differentiation of infertility should be based on deficiency, yin and yang, and clear and gentle. In treatment, the principle of deficiency, regulating liver and kidney, filling essence and blood, regulating Qi and regulating stagnation, clearing heat and promoting dampness are put forward, and good clinical curative effect has been obtained. This article discusses two cases of professor Zhu Nansun's treatment of infertility in order to provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of female infertility.
