【摘要】：目的觀察腎炎消白顆粒治療原發(fā)性腎小球腎炎蛋白尿的臨床療效,為臨床治療腎小球腎炎蛋白尿提供可行有效的方法,為臨床用藥提供良好的依據。方法選黑龍江省中醫(yī)醫(yī)院腎病科門診2014年5月~2015年12月滿足條件的慢性腎小球腎炎患者90例,隨機分成治療組與對照組,每組各45例,治療組在給予常規(guī)治療基礎上加用腎炎消白顆粒,對照組在常規(guī)治療基礎上服用腎炎康復片,每4周為1個療程,觀察3個療程,分別在治療前后檢測相關指標,并分析指標的變化及意義。結果在整個試驗的各時間點時,治療組與對照組各項指標(24小時尿蛋白定量、中醫(yī)癥候積分、尿微量白蛋白/尿肌酐、尿足細胞含量)均變化明顯,有統(tǒng)計學意義(p0.01)。試驗4周與12周時,治療組與對照組患者兩組療效相當,無統(tǒng)計學意義(p0.05);8周時各指標亦均下降,其中治療組24小時尿蛋白定量有效率、尿微量白蛋白/尿肌酐有效率較對照組變化明顯,有統(tǒng)計學意義(p0.05);12周時,治療組24小時尿蛋白定量較對照組下降明顯,有統(tǒng)計學意義(p0.05);未出現(xiàn)肝腎功能損害。結論腎炎消白顆粒能減少慢性腎小球腎炎患者24小時尿蛋白定量;降低尿微量白蛋白/尿肌酐;減少尿中足細胞的含量;改善患者的臨床癥狀,提高患者的生活質量;治療組有效率有優(yōu)于對照組的趨勢。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical efficacy of Shenyan Xiaobai granule in the treatment of primary glomerulonephritis proteinuria, to provide a feasible and effective method for the clinical treatment of glomerulonephritis proteinuria, and to provide a good basis for clinical use of drugs. Methods from May 2014 to December 2015, 90 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 45) and control group (n = 45). On the basis of routine treatment, the treatment group was treated with Shenyan Xiaobai granule, and the control group was treated with nephritis rehabilitation tablet on the basis of routine treatment. The treatment group was treated with one course of treatment every 4 weeks, and three courses of treatment were observed, and the related indexes were detected before and after treatment. And analyze the change and significance of the index. Results at each time point of the whole experiment, the indexes of the treatment group and the control group (24 hours urine protein quantity, TCM symptom score, urinary microalbumin / urine creatinine, urine podocyte content) all changed obviously. There was statistical significance (p 0.01). At the 4th week and 12th week, the curative effect of the treatment group and the control group was the same, but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (p0.05). At the 8th week, the indexes also decreased. The effective rate of 24 hours urine protein quantification in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (p0.05). The effective rate of urinary microalbumin / creatinine in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (p0.05). At 12 weeks, the urine protein quantity in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (p0.05), and no damage of liver and kidney function was found in the treatment group. Conclusion Shenyanxiaobai granule can reduce 24 hours urinary protein quantity, reduce urinary microalbumin / urinary creatinine, decrease the content of podocyte in urine, improve clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis. The effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.
