【摘要】：目的：通過(guò)加味四參湯對(duì)缺血性心臟病室上性早搏治療的觀察,應(yīng)用動(dòng)態(tài)心電圖,計(jì)算治療前后心肌缺血總負(fù)荷、室上性早搏數(shù)的變化,探究其治療效果。方法：將符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者62例隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組31例、治療組31例,兩組均進(jìn)行冠心病基礎(chǔ)治療,治療組加以口服加味四參湯治療。兩組治療均為三周一療程,觀察、記錄兩組治療前后的癥狀積分、心肌缺血總負(fù)荷、24小時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)心電早搏次數(shù)。結(jié)果：1、中醫(yī)癥狀積分比較：兩組治療后較治療前均降低,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),且治療后治療組比對(duì)照組降低明顯,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2、心肌缺血總負(fù)荷比較：兩組治療后較治療前相比均減少,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),且治療后治療組比對(duì)照組減少明顯,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。3、室上性早搏比較：治療組總有效率為90.0%,高于對(duì)照組總有效率66.7%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論：1、加味四參湯在改善氣陰兩虛兼血瘀型缺血性心臟病室上性早搏患者中醫(yī)癥狀方面有療效。2、加味四參湯能降低氣陰兩虛兼血瘀型缺血性心臟病室上性早搏患者心肌缺血總負(fù)荷。3、加味四參湯能提高氣陰兩虛兼血瘀型缺血性心臟病室上性早搏患者室上性早搏總有效率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the treatment of supraventricular premature beats in ischemic heart disease with modified Si-Shen decoction and to calculate the changes of total myocardial ischemic load and the number of supraventricular premature beats before and after treatment with dynamic electrocardiogram (ECG). Methods: 62 patients were randomly divided into control group (n = 31) and treatment group (n = 31). The two groups were treated for three weeks and one course of treatment. The symptom scores, total myocardial ischemia load and 24 hour dynamic electrocardiogram premature beats were recorded before and after treatment in both groups. Results: 1. Comparison of TCM symptom scores: after treatment, the two groups were lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Comparison of the total load of myocardial ischemia: the two groups after treatment compared with the treatment before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), and the treatment group after treatment than the control group decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Comparison of supraventricular premature beats: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0, which was higher than that of the control group (66.7%), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: 1, modified Sishen decoction is effective in improving TCM symptoms in patients with ischemic heart disease with deficiency of Qi and Yin and blood stasis. Jiawei Sishen decoction can reduce the total myocardial ischemic load in patients with ischemic heart disease with deficiency of Qi and Yin and blood stasis. Jiawei Sishen decoction can improve the total effective rate of supraventricular premature beats in patients with ischemic heart disease with deficiency of qi and yin and blood stasis.
