【摘要】：文章介紹全國(guó)老中醫(yī)藥專家學(xué)術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)繼承工作指導(dǎo)老師沈元良教授治療尿濁的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。文章從尿濁的病因病機(jī)、辨證分型、對(duì)藥經(jīng)驗(yàn)、驗(yàn)案舉隅4個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述,并附有按語和分析體會(huì)。沈老師認(rèn)為治療本病以中醫(yī)辨證分型為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合西醫(yī)診療手段,治療則首分虛實(shí);其次應(yīng)重視調(diào)理脾腎,健脾化濕、益腎強(qiáng)腰的藥物常貫穿始終;再次,在辨證論治的基礎(chǔ)上有針對(duì)性的選擇對(duì)藥,有助于提高本病的治療效果,也是沈老師治療本病的一個(gè)特色;同時(shí),應(yīng)注意飲食調(diào)養(yǎng),適當(dāng)體育鍛煉等。沈老師辨治尿濁的經(jīng)驗(yàn)方法可靠,療效確切,對(duì)臨床有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces Professor Shen Yuanliang's experience in treating turbid urine. In this paper, the etiology and pathogenesis of urine turbid, syndrome differentiation and classification, drug experience and examination cases are described, and the notes and analysis are attached. Shen believes that the treatment of this disease is based on TCM syndrome differentiation and classification, combined with western medicine diagnosis and treatment, treatment is the first part of the deficiency, followed by attention should be attached to regulating the spleen and kidney, invigorating the spleen and removing dampness, and tonifying the kidney and strengthening the waist. Third, on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment, the targeted choice of medicine is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect of the disease, and is also a characteristic of teacher Shen's treatment of the disease; at the same time, attention should be paid to diet training, appropriate physical exercise and so on. Mr. Shen's experience in treating urine turbidity is reliable and effective, and has certain guiding significance in clinical practice.
