【摘要】：有關(guān)"瘴氣"名稱的出處、概念的界定及其與"瘴毒""瘴癘"的關(guān)系,現(xiàn)代相關(guān)文獻的認識不盡一致。筆者通過對古今文獻考證,結(jié)果表明:"瘴氣"名稱在中醫(yī)古籍中始見于約成書于東漢時期的《神農(nóng)本草經(jīng)》;概念在古代醫(yī)籍中有時指病因,有時指病證,主要視語境不同而異,現(xiàn)代指南方山林間濕熱蒸郁致人疾病的所有邪氣,包括致人瘧疾、腳氣的病邪等;其與"瘴毒""瘴癘"古今互稱,但當以"瘴氣"為規(guī)范正名。
[Abstract]:The origin of the name of "miasma", the definition of the concept and the relationship between the name of "miasma" and "miasma" are not consistent with the modern literature. Based on the textual research of ancient and modern literature, the author shows that the name of "miasma" is first found in ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine in the Eastern Han Dynasty in the "Shennong Herbal Classic"; The concept in ancient medical books sometimes refers to the cause of disease, sometimes refers to the disease syndrome, mainly according to the context and different, modern refers to the southern mountain forest steaming damp-heat to cause all the diseases of evil, including human malaria, disease of feet, and so on; It is known as miasma and miasma in ancient and modern times, but it should be named as "miasma".
