【摘要】：目的:分析清亮飲治療氣陰兩虛型玻璃體積血的臨床療效材料與方法:選取2014年1月-2015年10月在遼寧中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院眼科門診就診及住院的氣陰兩虛型玻璃體積血患者50例,61只眼,運(yùn)用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表的方法,將50例患者分為治療組(中藥組)25例30只眼,對(duì)照組(西藥組)25例31只眼。治療組清亮飲煎湯,每日一劑,日二次溫服,連服3個(gè)月,對(duì)照組采用口服卵磷脂絡(luò)合碘片(沃麗汀),每次3mg,每日3次,連服2個(gè)月,之后減至每次1.5mg,每日3次,維持1個(gè)月。觀察并記錄治療前和治療后三月患者的視力、玻璃體積血等級(jí)變化,并評(píng)定臨床療效。結(jié)果:1.治療組、對(duì)照組視力與三月前比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),說明治療組、對(duì)照組藥物對(duì)治療玻璃體積血均有效。治療三個(gè)月后治療組與對(duì)照組視力比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01),說明治療組與對(duì)照組治療效果不同,治療組效果要顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。2.綜合視力與玻璃體積血程度判定,經(jīng)Ridit分析,治療組95%CI=(0.3158,0.4884),對(duì)照組95%CI=(0.5104,0.6198);兩組95%CI無重疊,認(rèn)為差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,治療組中藥治療優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:經(jīng)過臨床觀察,在治療后,清亮飲與卵磷脂絡(luò)合碘片均使視力不同程度提高,玻璃體積血也有所改善;治療組治療效果要明顯優(yōu)于西藥組。說明中藥方劑清亮飲治療玻璃體積血療效確切,顯著優(yōu)于卵磷脂絡(luò)合碘片(沃麗汀)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the clinical curative effect of Qingliang Yin in the treatment of vitreous volume blood with deficiency of Qi and Yin: selected from January 2014 to October 2015 in the ophthalmological outpatient clinic of the first affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine to see and hospitalized deficiency of Qi and Yin. 50 cases of vitreous blood, Sixty-one eyes were randomly divided into treatment group (Chinese medicine group) and control group (western medicine group, 25 cases and 31 eyes), and 50 patients were divided into treatment group (Chinese medicine group) and control group (western medicine group). Conclusion: after clinical observation, Qingliangyin and Lecithin complex iodine tablets can improve visual acuity and vitreous volume blood in different degree, and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the western medicine group. The results showed that Qingliang decoction was effective in the treatment of vitreous hemorrhage, and was superior to lecithin complex iodine tablets (Vorietine) in the treatment of vitreous hemorrhage.
