【摘要】：脊柱關(guān)節(jié)病是一組有一些共同特定臨床特點(diǎn)并與HLA-B27等位基因相關(guān)的疾病,是目前臨床發(fā)病率高、致殘率高的一大類風(fēng)濕疾病,其臨床表現(xiàn)多樣,癥狀輕重不一,尤其是以外周關(guān)節(jié)炎起病的不典型患者臨床常易誤診、漏診。故報(bào)道1例因痛風(fēng)病史而漏診未分化脊柱關(guān)節(jié)炎的病例,經(jīng)益腎蠲痹法聯(lián)合泄?jié)峄龇ㄖ委熀蟛∏榈玫接行Э刂�。結(jié)合臨床資料及文獻(xiàn)復(fù)習(xí)探討本案漏診原因,并總結(jié)朱婉華教授對(duì)脊柱關(guān)節(jié)病的認(rèn)識(shí)、早期診斷的線索及臨床治療經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Spondyloarthropathy is a group of diseases which have some common clinical characteristics and are associated with HLA-B27 alleles. It is a major rheumatoid disease with high clinical incidence and high disability rate. Its clinical manifestations are diverse and the severity of its symptoms varies. In particular, atypical patients with peripheral arthritis are often misdiagnosed and missed. This paper reports a case of undifferentiated spinal arthritis due to the history of gout. The disease was effectively controlled after treatment with Yishen Juanbi combined with removing turbidity and removing blood stasis. Combined with clinical data and literature review, the causes of missed diagnosis in this case were discussed, and professor Zhu Wanhua's understanding of spondyloarthropathy, early diagnosis clues and clinical treatment experience were summarized.
