【摘要】：目的:應(yīng)用“中醫(yī)傳承輔助平臺(V2.5)”系統(tǒng)軟件,挖掘整理林慧娟教授中醫(yī)藥治療高血壓病的臨證組方用藥規(guī)律,總結(jié)并探討林慧娟教授高血壓診療的學(xué)術(shù)思想與經(jīng)驗,以期為我們以后的臨證診療工作提供更好的幫助與指導(dǎo)。方法:首先,收集、整理林慧娟教授2013年1月至2015年12月期間診療的高血壓病例,并從中篩選出符合研究標準的高血壓患者的首診病例資料170份,錄入“中醫(yī)傳承輔助平臺(V2.5)”系統(tǒng),利用該系統(tǒng)軟件的頻數(shù)統(tǒng)計、集成關(guān)聯(lián)、規(guī)則分析、復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)熵聚類、改進的互信息法、無監(jiān)督的熵層次聚類等數(shù)據(jù)挖掘方法,統(tǒng)計分析林老高血壓診療的臨證組方用藥規(guī)律。其次,在上述分析的基礎(chǔ)上進一步對林教授治療高血壓的診療思路與學(xué)術(shù)思想進行總結(jié)與探討。結(jié)果:林慧娟教授治療170例高血壓患者所用中藥種類共113味,常用藥物有天麻、葛根、鉤藤、黃連、白芍、生地黃、牛膝、山藥、黃芪、龍骨、牡蠣等。所用中藥藥性在四氣上以寒性、平性藥入方較多,五味上多選擇以甘味、苦味藥入方,且選用中藥歸經(jīng)以入肝、腎、心經(jīng)為主�；陉P(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則分析,得到出現(xiàn)頻次≥51次的藥對43個,3味及以上的藥物組合14組,并在此基礎(chǔ)上進一步分析出了藥物組合間的關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則�；陟鼐垲惙椒�,推演出應(yīng)用中藥的兩兩之間的關(guān)聯(lián)度。基于復(fù)雜熵聚類分析,得到治療高血壓的核心藥物組合4組。結(jié)論:林慧娟教授診療高血壓將藥物的藥性理論與現(xiàn)代藥理研究成果結(jié)合在一起,自擬組方,療效可靠。診療中主要使用鎮(zhèn)肝熄風(fēng),平肝潛陽,補益肝腎,清熱養(yǎng)陰,活血化瘀類藥物,常用降壓3號方加減診療肝腎陰虛,肝陽上亢型高血壓。
[Abstract]:Objective: using the system software of "traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance Assistance platform (V2.5)", to excavate and sort out professor Lin Huijuan's clinical prescription of TCM treatment of hypertension, summarize and discuss the academic thought and experience of Professor Lin Huijuan in the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension. With a view to our future clinical diagnosis and treatment to provide better help and guidance. Methods: first of all, we collected and sorted out the cases of hypertension diagnosed and treated by Professor Lin Huijuan from January 2013 to December 2015, and selected 170 first-diagnosis data of hypertension patients who met the research criteria. Input "traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance Assistance platform (V2.5)" system, using the system software frequency statistics, integrated association, rule analysis, complex system entropy clustering, improved mutual information method, unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering and other data mining methods, Statistics and analysis of the clinical prescriptions of Lin Lao hypertension. Secondly, on the basis of the above analysis, the diagnosis and treatment ideas and academic thoughts of Professor Lin for hypertension are summarized and discussed. Results: professor Lin Huijuan treated 170 patients with hypertension with 113 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, commonly used drugs such as Gastrodia elata, Pueraria lobata, Rhizoma Uncaria, Rhizoma Coptidis, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Rehmanniae, Radix Achyranthes, yam, Astragalus, keel, oyster, etc. The traditional Chinese medicine used in the four qi to cold, flat drugs into the more, five flavors to choose sweet flavor, bitter medicine into the prescription, and the choice of traditional Chinese medicine to enter the liver, kidney, heart meridian.
