【摘要】：辟谷是一種通過導(dǎo)引和/或服餌實現(xiàn)禁食的方法,具有養(yǎng)生保健、祛病延年的作用,與歐洲禁食、能量限制等療法相比有其獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢。目前辟谷的相關(guān)研究存在概念模糊、內(nèi)涵不清和方法混亂等問題,限制了其有序發(fā)展。基于此,概述辟谷的歷史沿革,提出基本概念,指出其內(nèi)涵包括導(dǎo)引和/或服餌以及禁食兩部分,總結(jié)歸納辟谷方法;同時分析辟谷研究的進(jìn)展與不足,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出辟谷的機(jī)理假說"衡元論",以期為提高中醫(yī)辟谷研究水平、深入挖掘其醫(yī)學(xué)應(yīng)用價值奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Pigu is a way to achieve fasting by guiding and / or taking bait. It has the function of health care and disease elimination. It has a unique advantage compared with European fasting and energy restriction therapy. At present, there are some problems such as vague concept, unclear connotation and confusion of methods, which limit its orderly development. Based on this, this paper summarizes the historical evolution of the valley, puts forward the basic concept, points out that its connotation includes two parts: guidance and / or bait and fasting. At the same time, this paper analyzes the progress and deficiency of the research on the valley, and puts forward the hypothesis of "balance theory" on the basis of which, in order to improve the research level of traditional Chinese medicine, it can lay a foundation for further exploring the value of its medical application.
