【摘要】：異穴補瀉是針刺補法或瀉法施行于不同腧穴上的補瀉方法,配合適當(dāng)?shù)尼樂ㄔ谂R床上有較好的療效。上補下瀉刺法和遠(yuǎn)近配穴,取病位局部或鄰近穴為近穴,即"上穴",距病位遠(yuǎn)處,手足遠(yuǎn)端穴者為遠(yuǎn)穴,即"下穴",其針法運用為補法以針芒順經(jīng)而刺,刺宜淺;瀉法以針芒逆經(jīng)而刺,刺宜深。陰陽對偶刺法與俞募配穴,配穴時選腹部募穴和背部背俞穴對偶而刺,針法之一為腹募穴以捻轉(zhuǎn)補瀉為主,背俞穴行提插補瀉為主,針法之二為刺背俞穴時盡可能使其針感沿節(jié)段水平向胸腹部遠(yuǎn)傳。這2種腧穴配伍與針刺補瀉手法組合,對提高針刺療效有一定臨床意義。
[Abstract]:Different points reinforcing and reducing is a method of reinforcing and reducing at different acupoints by acupuncture and reinforcing or reducing, and the combination of appropriate acupuncture has a better clinical curative effect. The local or adjacent points in the diseased position are taken as the near points, that is, the "upper points", which are far away from the diseased position, and those at the distal point of the hand and foot are the distant points, that is, the "lower points". The acupuncture method is used to supplement the needling method by needling along the meridian, and the needling should be shallow. Catharsis method with needle to counter the meridian and prick, prickly should be deep. Yin-yang dual needling method and Shu du points, when matching points, the abdominal acupoints and back Yu points are used to prick. One of the acupuncture methods is that the abdominal acupoints are twirled and purged, and the back Shu points are mainly raised and inserted, and the main points are as follows. The second acupuncture method is to prick the back-shu point as far as possible to spread the sense of acupuncture along the level of the segment to the chest and abdomen. The combination of these two kinds of acupoints and acupuncture tonifying and reducing manipulation has certain clinical significance for improving the curative effect of acupuncture.
