【摘要】：介紹了周仲瑛教授辨治大腸癌,多從脾虛胃弱、濕熱濁瘀論治的經(jīng)驗。周仲瑛教授在臨證過程中結(jié)合其它兼夾證候如氣滯、血瘀、痰凝、久病入絡(luò)等,常以健脾升清、降胃燥濕、清熱化濁為主法,以抗癌解毒為辨病之法,以行氣解郁、消痰散結(jié)、活血化瘀、搜剔通絡(luò)為參法,尤為注重清熱化濁法。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces Professor Zhou Zhongying's experience in treating colorectal cancer from spleen deficiency and stomach weakness, dampness and heat stasis. Professor Zhou Zhongying combined with other syndromes such as Qi stagnation, blood stasis, phlegm coagulation, long illness into the collaterals and so on in the process of clinical syndrome, often by invigorating the spleen, lowering the stomach dampness, clearing heat and removing turbid, taking anti-cancer and detoxification as the method of differentiating diseases, doing Qi to relieve depression, dispelling phlegm and dispersing the knot. Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, search for clearing the collaterals for the ginseng method, especially pay attention to the method of clearing away heat and removing turbid.
