【摘要】：目的:口糜方治療復(fù)發(fā)性阿弗他潰瘍脾虛積熱證的臨床觀察。方法:采用平行對(duì)照方法將患者隨機(jī)分為A、B兩組。A組予以口糜方治療,B組予以康復(fù)新液治療。共計(jì)納入60例患者,每組各30例。將臨床遴選到的60例符合脾虛積熱證復(fù)發(fā)性阿佛他潰瘍條件的患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,其中30例予口糜方(KMF)治療,其余30例予康復(fù)新液(KFXY)治療作為對(duì)照。療程7天后觀察患者潰瘍大小、數(shù)目,黃色滲出,周圍充血明顯范圍大,潰瘍疼痛的評(píng)估(即VAS評(píng)分)以及中醫(yī)證候積分。運(yùn)用VAS評(píng)分及潰瘍的復(fù)發(fā)率來評(píng)估病情的變化情況。兩組結(jié)果的統(tǒng)計(jì)運(yùn)用SPSS22.0統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件并根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)的具體情況選用相應(yīng)的統(tǒng)計(jì)方法加以分析。結(jié)果:兩組中在減輕患者潰瘍大小、潰瘍數(shù)目、周圍充血明顯范圍大小以及VAS評(píng)分等方面均改善顯著(P0.05);在潰瘍大小、周圍充血范圍及VAS評(píng)分方面治療組均顯著地高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。在中醫(yī)證侯積分方面,兩組患者治療前無顯著差異;干預(yù)后兩組患者均較治療前顯著改善(P0.05)并且治療組較對(duì)照組變化顯著(P0.05)。干預(yù)結(jié)束12周后,再次對(duì)患者進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查來詢問口腔潰瘍是否復(fù)發(fā)。治療組30例患者中有5例復(fù)發(fā),而在對(duì)照組30例患者中有11例復(fù)發(fā)。結(jié)論:兩種治療復(fù)發(fā)性口腔潰瘍的方法都明顯改善了口腔潰瘍的潰瘍情況以及疼痛感,但是口糜方還能夠顯著改善患者的中醫(yī)證候積分。同時(shí)口糜方還能夠明顯降低口腔潰瘍的復(fù)發(fā)率,但是康復(fù)新液并沒有這種效果。兩種治療方法均安全,無明顯副作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of oral Mi recipe in treating recurrent aphthous ulcer with spleen deficiency and heat syndrome. Methods: the patients were randomly divided into two groups: group A was treated with oral Mi prescription and group B was treated with Kangfeng Xin liquid. A total of 60 patients were included, 30 in each group. Sixty clinically selected patients were randomly divided into two groups: 30 cases were treated with Mi Fang (KMF) and the other 30 cases were treated with Kangangxin solution (KFXY) as control group. After 7 days of treatment, the size, number, yellow exudation, obvious range of peripheral congestion, evaluation of ulcer pain (I. E. VAS score) and TCM syndromes score were observed. VAS score and ulcer recurrence rate were used to evaluate the state of the disease. The statistics of the two groups of results are analyzed by SPSS22.0 software and the corresponding statistical methods are selected according to the specific situation of the data. Results: the size of ulcer, the number of ulcers, the obvious range of peripheral congestion and the VAS score were significantly improved in both groups (P0.05), and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group in ulcer size, peripheral hyperemia range and VAS score (P0.05). In TCM syndromes score, there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment; after intervention, the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment (P0.05) and the treatment group than the control group significantly changed (P0.05). Twelve weeks after the intervention, a questionnaire survey was conducted to ask if the ulcer recurred. In the treatment group, 5 cases recurred out of 30 cases, while 11 cases in the control group. Conclusion: the two methods of treating recurrent oral ulcer can obviously improve the ulcer condition and the feeling of pain, but the oral Mi prescription can also improve the TCM syndromes score of the patients. At the same time Mi Fang can also significantly reduce the recurrence rate of oral ulcers, but the new solution does not have this effect. Both methods were safe and had no obvious side effects.
