【摘要】：目的:比較手針和電針刺激對(duì)圍絕經(jīng)期綜合征的療效差異及對(duì)患者性激素水平的影響。方法:將50例患者隨機(jī)分為手針組(27例)和電針組(23例),電針組脫落1例。兩組均取關(guān)元、子宮、天樞、三陰交穴,手針組采用手針刺激,每穴行小幅度均勻提插捻轉(zhuǎn)3次,每10min一次;電針組采用電針刺激,選取疏密波,頻率為10Hz/50Hz,均留針30min。兩組治療均隔日1次,每周3次,連續(xù)8周,共治療24次。于治療前、治療4周、8周后,治療結(jié)束后12、24周隨訪時(shí)分別記錄患者的平均24h烘熱積分、絕經(jīng)癥狀評(píng)價(jià)量表(MRS)評(píng)分、圍絕經(jīng)期生活質(zhì)量量表(MENQOL)評(píng)分,于治療前、治療8周后及治療后12周隨訪時(shí)檢測(cè)患者的血清性激素水平[血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黃體生成素(LH)、雌激素(E_2)]。結(jié)果:與治療前相比,兩組治療4周、8周后及治療結(jié)束后12周、24周隨訪時(shí)平均24h烘熱積分、MRS、MENQOL評(píng)分均顯著降低(均P0.05),并且兩組治療8周后以上各項(xiàng)評(píng)分均低于治療4周時(shí)(均P0.05),12周、24周隨訪時(shí)各項(xiàng)評(píng)分均低于治療4周與8周時(shí)(均P0.05);治療后各時(shí)間點(diǎn)組間比較差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。與治療前相比,治療8周、12周隨訪時(shí)兩組患者血清FSH、E_2水平顯著改善(均P0.05),兩組患者LH水平無(wú)明顯變化(P0.05);兩組間血清性激素水平比較差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。結(jié)論:手針與電針對(duì)圍絕經(jīng)期相關(guān)癥狀均有改善作用,且對(duì)血清性激素水平有一定的調(diào)節(jié)作用,兩者效果相當(dāng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the effect of hand acupuncture and electroacupuncture on peri-menopausal syndrome. Methods: 50 patients were randomly divided into hand acupuncture group (n = 27) and electroacupuncture group (n = 23). In both groups, Guan Yuan, uterus, Tianshu, Sanyinjiao, hand acupuncture group were stimulated by hand acupuncture, each acupoint was raised and twirled 3 times per 10min, and electroacupuncture group was stimulated by electroacupuncture with density wave, the frequency was 10 Hz / 50 Hz, and the needle was kept for 30 mins. The two groups were treated once every other day, 3 times a week for 8 weeks, 24 times. Before treatment, 4 weeks after treatment, 8 weeks after treatment, 12 weeks after treatment and 24 weeks after treatment, the mean 24-hour baking heat score, menopausal symptom evaluation scale (MRS), perimenopausal quality of life (MENQOL) score were recorded, respectively. Serum sex hormone levels [serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estrogen (E _ 2)] were measured 8 weeks after treatment and 12 weeks after treatment. Results: compared with before treatment, After 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment, 24 weeks after treatment, the average 24-hour heat score and MRS,MENQOL score were significantly decreased in both groups (P0.05), and the scores above 8 weeks after treatment in both groups were lower than those at 4 weeks after treatment (P0.05), 12 weeks and 24 weeks after treatment were all lower than those at 4 weeks after treatment (P0.05), 12 weeks and 24 weeks after treatment, the scores were significantly lower than those at 4 weeks after treatment (P0.05). The scores during the visit were lower than those at the 4th week and 8th week (P0.05); there was no significant difference between the groups at each time point after treatment (P0.05). Compared with before treatment, the serum FSH,E_2 level of the two groups was significantly improved after 8 weeks and 12 weeks follow-up (P0.05), the LH level of the two groups had no significant change (P0.05), and there was no significant difference in serum sex hormone levels between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: both hand acupuncture and electroacupuncture can improve the symptoms of perimenopausal period and regulate the level of serum sex hormone.
