【摘要】：目的觀察清熱解毒湯治療血熱型尋常性銀屑病的臨床療效,探討其對(duì)血清TNF-α的影響情況。方法將入選的60例患者隨機(jī)分成兩組,全部患者予外用維A酸哈西奈德乳膏,2次/d;治療組(30例)同時(shí)予口服清熱解毒湯,2次/d,所有患者的療程均為4周。采用PASI評(píng)分評(píng)價(jià)治療前后的臨床療效,酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)(ELISA)法檢測(cè)治療前后血清TNF-α水平。結(jié)果治療結(jié)束后,治療組有效率(80.0%)明顯高于對(duì)照組有效率(30%),治療組PASI評(píng)分和血清TNF-α水平均較其治療前明顯降低,且治療組PASI評(píng)分(3.80±1.47)明顯低于對(duì)照組PASI評(píng)分(9.62±1.97),以上差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。結(jié)論清熱解毒湯治療血熱型尋常性銀屑病療效顯著,可能通過降低患者血清TNF-α水平發(fā)揮治療作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical efficacy of Qingre jiedu decoction (QJD) in treating psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat type and to explore the effect of Qingre jiedu decoction (QJD) on serum TNF- 偽. Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups, all patients were treated with tretinoin halcinonide cream twice a day, and the treatment group (30 cases) were treated with Qingre jiedu decoction twice a day. The course of treatment for all patients was 4 weeks. PASI score was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy before and after treatment, and the serum TNF- 偽 level was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) before and after treatment. Results after the treatment, the effective rate in the treatment group (80.0%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (30%). The PASI score and serum TNF- 偽 level in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before the treatment. The PASI score in the treatment group (3.80 鹵1.47) was significantly lower than that in the control group (9.62 鹵1.97). Conclusion Qingre jiedu decoction is effective in treating psoriasis vulgaris with blood fever, which may play a therapeutic role by lowering the level of serum TNF- 偽.
