【摘要】：目的:探討針刺單穴及腧穴配伍對糖尿病胃輕癱(Diabetic gastroparesis,DGP)大鼠胃竇Cajal間質(zhì)細(xì)胞(Interstitial Cells of Cajal,ICC)的影響。方法:選取雄性SD(Sprague Dawley)大鼠,以鏈脲佐菌素(Steptozotocin,STZ)腹腔注射誘導(dǎo)DGP大鼠模型,造模成功后選取大鼠60只,隨機(jī)分為正常組、模型組、西藥組組、足三里組、中脘+足三里組,每組10只。各治療組治療5周后,觀察大鼠的一般情況,采用HE(Hematoylin-eosin)染色觀察各組胃竇形態(tài)改變,采用免疫組化技術(shù)觀察各組ICC含量的改變。結(jié)果:與正常組相比,模型組大鼠胃竇組織ICC含量明顯減少(P0.01);與模型組比較,西藥組(P0.01)、中脘+足三里組(P0.01)、足三里組(P0.05)、中脘組(P0.05)表達(dá)明顯增多,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;中脘+足三里組與足三里組(P0.05)、中脘組(P0.01)有明顯差異,且優(yōu)于其他二組;中脘組與足三里組無明顯差異。結(jié)論:針刺可促進(jìn)DGP大鼠胃竇ICC含量恢復(fù),腧穴配伍組優(yōu)于單穴組。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of acupuncture on (Interstitial Cells of Cajal,ICC of gastric antral Cajal interstitial cells in diabetic gastroparesis (Diabetic gastroparesis,DGP) rats. Methods: male SD (Sprague Dawley) rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, western medicine group, Zusanli group and Zusanli group by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (Steptozotocin,STZ), 60 rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, western medicine group, Zusanli group and Zhongwan Zusanli group. 10 rats in each group. After 5 weeks of treatment, the general situation of rats was observed, the changes of antrum morphology were observed by HE (Hematoylin-eosin) staining, and the changes of ICC content in each group were observed by immunohistochemical technique. Results: compared with normal group, the content of ICC in gastric antrum of model group was significantly decreased (P0.01), compared with model group, the expression of ICC in western medicine group (P0.01), Zhongwan Zusanli group (P0.01), Zusanli group (P0.05), Zhongwan group (P0.05) was significantly higher than that in model group. Zhongwan Zusanli group and Zusanli group (P0.05), Zhongwan group (P0.01), and better than the other two groups, Zhongwan group and Zusanli group had no significant difference. Conclusion: acupuncture can promote the recovery of ICC content in gastric antrum of DGP rats, and the acupoint compatibility group is better than the single point group.
