【摘要】：目的:觀察會厭逐瘀湯加減在聲帶良性腫物術(shù)后嗓音恢復(fù)方面的療效。材料與方法:選取遼寧中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院耳鼻咽喉科2015年1月-2016年1月治療的80例聲帶良性腫物的手術(shù)術(shù)后患者,其中男性患者38例,女性患者42例,年齡在29-77歲之間。觀測治療前后患者VHI評分、嗓音分析情況及中醫(yī)單項癥狀療效。采用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計學(xué)軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析,組間比較用成組t檢驗,組內(nèi)比較用配對t檢驗,如不服從正態(tài)分布、方差齊性用X2檢驗或秩和檢驗;等級資料用秩和檢驗。結(jié)果:1.兩組間均衡比較P0.05,兩組患者在性別、年齡分布方面無明顯差異,有可比性。2.治療前兩組組間VHI評分量表中功能、生理、情感比較,P0.05,無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;治療后兩組組內(nèi)VHI評分量表中功能、生理、情感比較,P0.05,有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;治療后兩組組間VHI評分量表中功能、生理、情感比較,P0.05,有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;3.治療前兩組組間嗓音分析情況P0.05,無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;治療后兩組組間嗓音分析情況P0.05,有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;4.治療前兩組組間中醫(yī)單項癥狀療效P0.05,無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;治療后兩組組間中醫(yī)單項癥狀療效P0.05,有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;結(jié)論:1.應(yīng)用會厭逐瘀湯可以更好的改善聲帶息肉術(shù)后患者功能、生理、情感指標(biāo)。2.應(yīng)用會厭逐瘀湯可以更好的改善聲帶息肉術(shù)后患者嗓音狀況。3.應(yīng)用會厭逐瘀湯可以更好的改善聲帶息肉術(shù)后患者中醫(yī)單項癥狀療效情況。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of epiglottic Zhuyu decoction on the recovery of vocal voice after vocal cord benign tumor. Materials and methods: 80 patients with benign vocal cord mass were treated in Department of Otorhinolaryngology, affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to January 2016. There were 38 male patients and 42 female patients aged 29-77 years. VHI score, voice analysis and curative effect of TCM single symptom were observed before and after treatment. SPSS17.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis, group t test was used for inter-group comparison, and paired t test was used for intra-group comparison, such as disobeying normal distribution, homogeneity of variance using X2 test or rank sum test, rank sum test for grade data. The result is 1: 1. Balanced comparison between the two groups P 0.05, the two groups of patients in gender, age distribution, there is no significant difference, there is comparability. 2. Before treatment, there was no significant difference in VHI scores between the two groups (P 0.05, P 0.05). After treatment between the two groups of VHI score scale in the function, physiology, emotional comparison, P0.05, with statistical significance; 3. The voice analysis between the two groups before treatment P0.05, no statistical significance; after treatment, the voice analysis between the two groups P0.05, with statistical significance; 4. Before treatment between the two groups of Chinese medicine single symptoms P0.05, no statistical significance; after treatment between the two groups of TCM single symptoms P0.05, with statistical significance; conclusion: 1. The application of epiglottis Zhuyu decoction can improve the functional, physiological and emotional indexes of patients after vocal cord polyp surgery. 2. The application of epiglottis Zhuyu decoction can better improve the voice status of patients after vocal cord polyps. The application of epiglottic Zhuyu decoction can improve the curative effect of single symptom of Chinese medicine after vocal cord polyp surgery.
