【摘要】：目的:觀察加味四妙勇安油防治急性放射性皮炎的臨床效果。方法:納入符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例惡性腫瘤放療患者,隨機(jī)分為觀察組(加味四妙勇安油聯(lián)合常規(guī)護(hù)理)30例,對照組(三乙醇胺乳膏聯(lián)合常規(guī)護(hù)理)30例,兩組患者均由入組后開始觀察直至放療結(jié)束后1周,每周評估2次,觀察并記錄皮炎發(fā)生的程度以及放療結(jié)束1周后皮炎程度(采用RTOG分級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)),放療后以及放療結(jié)束1周后的RISRAS評分,試驗(yàn)前后KPS評分、血常規(guī)、肝腎功能、心電圖等。結(jié)果:兩組發(fā)生急性放射性皮炎的程度相似,但觀察組發(fā)生Ⅰ級及以下皮炎程度患者例數(shù)比對照組多;兩組放療后RISRAS評分和放療結(jié)束后1周比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,觀察組比對照組得分低;放療結(jié)束后1周,觀察組治愈率為25.93%,總有效率為100.00%,對照組治愈率為35.71%,總有效率為100.00%,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。且均安全性良好。結(jié)論:加味四妙勇安油在預(yù)防和治療急性放射性皮炎方面與三乙醇胺乳膏療效相當(dāng),并且加味四妙勇安油安全性尚可。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of modified Simiao Yong an oil on prevention and treatment of acute radiation dermatitis. Methods: sixty patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into observation group (30 cases treated with modified Simiaoyong an oil combined with routine nursing) and control group (30 cases of triethanolamine cream combined with routine nursing). The patients in both groups were evaluated twice a week from the beginning of observation after admission to the end of radiotherapy. The degree of dermatitis and the degree of dermatitis after 1 week of radiotherapy (using RTOG grading standard), RISRAS score after radiotherapy and 1 week after radiotherapy, KPS score, blood routine, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram were observed and recorded. Results: the degree of acute radiation dermatitis was similar between the two groups, but there were more cases in the observation group than in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups in RISRAS score after radiotherapy and 1 week after radiotherapy. The curative rate of the observation group was 25.93 and the total effective rate was 100.000.The cure rate of the observation group was 35.71 and the total effective rate was 100.000.The difference was not statistically significant. All of them are safe. Conclusion: modified Simiao Yong an oil has the same curative effect as triethanolamine cream in preventing and treating acute radiation dermatitis, and the safety of modified Simiao Yong an oil is good.
