【摘要】：從危險(xiǎn)因素、病勢預(yù)測、療效評(píng)價(jià)、證型特異性等方面對(duì)近十年的同型半胱氨酸與中風(fēng)相關(guān)性研究進(jìn)行評(píng)述,總結(jié)出同型半胱氨酸水平在中風(fēng)發(fā)病后的各證型中均顯著增高,并與中風(fēng)病情危重程度有一定的相關(guān)性,并指出了無法確定與同型半胱氨酸具有特異性的中風(fēng)證型是現(xiàn)有研究的主要瓶頸。通過分析各證型的發(fā)生與加重都存在著邪氣亢盛而敗壞形體的化毒過程,闡述了同型半胱氨酸與中風(fēng)證素"毒"的相關(guān)性,提出了毒邪熾盛的重癥中風(fēng)可以作為進(jìn)一步研究的切入點(diǎn),為指導(dǎo)同型半胱氨酸應(yīng)用于中醫(yī)臨床及科研工作提供了新思路。
[Abstract]:The correlation between homocysteine and apoplexy in recent ten years was reviewed from risk factors, disease potential prediction, curative effect evaluation, syndrome specificity and so on. It was concluded that the level of homocysteine increased significantly in all syndrome types after stroke. There is a certain correlation with the severity of stroke, and it is pointed out that it is the main bottleneck of the existing research that it is impossible to determine the specific type of apoplexy with homocysteine. By analyzing the process of detoxification in the occurrence and aggravation of various syndromes, the correlation between homocysteine and apoplectic syndrome element "toxin" was expounded. It is suggested that the severe apoplexy which is full of toxic evil can be used as a starting point for further research and provides a new idea for guiding the application of homocysteine in the clinical and scientific research of traditional Chinese medicine.
