【摘要】：目的：通過(guò)對(duì)比觀察八脈交會(huì)穴結(jié)合夾脊電針與單純夾脊電針治療神經(jīng)根型頸椎病的臨床療效,為臨床治療神經(jīng)根型頸椎病提供新的治療方法。方法：將60例符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的神經(jīng)根型頸椎病患者隨機(jī)分成治療組和對(duì)照組,其中治療組選取兩組八脈交會(huì)穴結(jié)合夾脊電針療法,對(duì)照組選取夾脊電針療法,兩組均每次治療30min,每日1次,連續(xù)治療6天休息1天為一個(gè)療程,共治療兩個(gè)療程,療程前后分別采用簡(jiǎn)化McGill疼痛詢問(wèn)量表(MPQ)中的疼痛分級(jí)指數(shù)(PRI)、視覺(jué)疼痛模擬評(píng)分表(VAS)以及頸椎功能障礙指數(shù)量表(NDI)為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)來(lái)觀察患者治療前后疼痛及頸椎功能改善情況,評(píng)定臨床療效并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果：兩個(gè)療程后治療組與對(duì)照組進(jìn)行對(duì)比：兩組治療前后PRI總分、VAS評(píng)分與NDI評(píng)分對(duì)比均有明顯差異(P0.01)；治療組治療后PRI總分、VA S評(píng)分與對(duì)照組治療后進(jìn)行對(duì)比(P0.05)；治療組治療后NDI評(píng)分與對(duì)照組進(jìn)行對(duì)比(P0.05)；治療組治療后總有效率與對(duì)照組進(jìn)行對(duì)比(P0.05),但治療組的愈顯率與對(duì)照組進(jìn)行比較(P0.05)。表明兩組在神經(jīng)根型頸椎病的疼痛癥狀和頸椎功能上均能有所改善,且治療組要優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論：八脈交會(huì)穴結(jié)合夾脊電針與單純夾脊電針均能明顯改善神經(jīng)根型頸椎病患者的疼痛程度和頸椎功能障礙。八脈交會(huì)穴結(jié)合夾脊電針療法對(duì)神經(jīng)根型頸椎病的臨床療效優(yōu)于單純夾脊電針療法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type by comparing eight meridians crossing points with Jiaji electroacupuncture and simple Jiaji electroacupuncture so as to provide a new treatment method for the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. Methods: sixty patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The two groups were treated for 30 minutes, once a day, 6 consecutive days, rest 1 day as a course of treatment, a total of two courses of treatment, Before and after the treatment, the pain grading index (PRI),) of simplified McGill pain query scale (MPQ), the visual pain analogue scale (VAS), and the cervical vertebrae dysfunction index (NDI) were used to evaluate the pain and the improvement of cervical vertebra function before and after treatment. The clinical effect was evaluated and statistical analysis was carried out. Results: after two courses of treatment, the comparison between the treatment group and the control group was made: there were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment in PRI total score and NDI score (P0.01), the PRI total score after treatment in the treatment group was compared with that in the control group (P0.05). The NDI score of the treatment group was compared with that of the control group (P0.05); the total effective rate of the treatment group was compared with that of the control group (P0.05), but the effective rate of the treatment group was compared with that of the control group (P0.05). The results showed that the pain symptoms and cervical vertebrae function of the two groups could be improved, and the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion: the pain degree and cervical vertebrae dysfunction in patients with cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type can be obviously improved by the combination of eight meridians crossing points with chiropractic electroacupuncture and simple chiropractic electroacupuncture. The clinical curative effect of Bimai cross point combined with chiropractic electroacupuncture on cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type is superior to that of pure ridge electroacupuncture therapy.
