【摘要】：目的:研究推拿配合拔罐治療小兒腹痛(寒積腹痛型)的即刻療效及短期效果,并與貼敷丁桂兒臍貼對比療效差異,為臨床優(yōu)化療效,提供客觀依據(jù),為推拿治療本病提供安全、有效、簡便的治療方案。方法:本課題采用隨機對照表,將符合診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的68例患兒分成兩組,分別為推拿配合拔罐的治療組(34例),和丁桂兒臍貼的對照組(34例),治療周期為2周。觀察即刻療效以完全緩解時間為觀察指標(biāo),短期療效以記錄治療前、后的癥狀、體征,進行評定分數(shù),然后統(tǒng)計分析,觀察兩組療效差異。結(jié)果:治療組與對照組在治療小兒腹痛(寒積腹痛型)方面均取得良好療效。治療組愈顯率為83.33%,總有效率為96.67%;對照組愈顯率為50.00%,總有效率為83.33%。兩組在臨床癥狀和體征改善方面具有顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:通過觀察即刻療效和短期療效發(fā)現(xiàn)推拿配合拔罐療法均優(yōu)于丁桂兒臍貼的治療,同時避免了不良反應(yīng)等副作用,臨床上值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the immediate curative effect and short-term effect of massage combined with cupping in the treatment of abdominal pain in children (cold abdominal pain type), and to compare the curative effect with Ding Guier navel paste, so as to provide objective basis for clinical optimization of curative effect. To provide a safe, effective and simple treatment for this disease with massage. Methods: in this study, 68 children who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group (34 cases) treated with massage and cupping, and the control group (34 cases) treated with Ding Gui er navel paste. The treatment period was 2 weeks. The immediate curative effect was observed by the time of complete remission, the short-term curative effect was recorded before and after the treatment, the symptoms and signs were evaluated and the scores were evaluated, then statistical analysis was made to observe the difference of curative effect between the two groups. Results: both the treatment group and the control group achieved good curative effect in the treatment of chilly abdominal pain. In the treatment group, the effective rate was 83.33 and the total effective rate was 96.67. In the control group, the effective rate was 50.00and the total effective rate was 83.33. There was significant difference in the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: by observing the immediate curative effect and short-term curative effect, it is found that massage combined with cupping therapy is superior to Ding Guier navel patch treatment, and avoids side effects such as adverse reactions, which is worth popularizing clinically.
