【摘要】：從文獻及臨床角度,探討人體脊背經(jīng)穴的循行絡屬、整體功能及分段證治規(guī)律,研究其用于小兒腦癱康復的作用機制,總結(jié)探析脊背經(jīng)穴在小兒腦癱中醫(yī)康復中臨證組方經(jīng)絡與主穴配穴的配伍規(guī)律。同時,對長期干預脊背經(jīng)穴可使小兒早期翻身、坐、立、走等運動發(fā)育獲益進行了理論探究,分析在小兒腦癱康復中,干預脊背經(jīng)穴改善背部運動及各系統(tǒng)間發(fā)育不協(xié)調(diào)性、促進患兒核心穩(wěn)定功能發(fā)育的中西醫(yī)互參康復機制,為臨床小兒腦癱康復提供更有效、更精準的診治思路。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of literature and clinic, this paper probes into the general function and the rule of differentiation and treatment of the points along the body's back meridian, and studies the mechanism of its application in the rehabilitation of cerebral palsy in children. To summarize and analyze the compatibility law of meridian and main acupoints in the rehabilitation of pediatric cerebral palsy. At the same time, a theoretical study was made on the benefits of long-term intervention of chiropractic acupoints on children's early development, such as turning over, sitting, standing, walking and so on. It was analyzed that intervention of chiropractic acupoints could improve the back movement and the disharmony of development among different systems in the rehabilitation of cerebral palsy in children. To promote the development of core stable function of children, the mechanism of mutual participation of traditional Chinese and western medicine provides a more effective and accurate way of diagnosis and treatment for the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.
