【摘要】：研究目的:本試驗(yàn)通過(guò)觀察中藥穴位貼穴位貼敷療法對(duì)冠心病穩(wěn)定型心絞痛(寒凝心脈證)患者的治療,探討該方法對(duì)穩(wěn)定型心絞痛的療效及其作用機(jī)理。研究方法:將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的穩(wěn)定型心絞痛(中醫(yī)辨證為胸痹-寒凝心脈證)的患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組與治療組,每組30例患者,對(duì)照組給予西醫(yī)基礎(chǔ)治療,治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上加中藥穴位貼治療,觀察指標(biāo):治療前及治療兩周后分別記錄中醫(yī)證侯積分、心絞痛癥狀、心電圖變化及硝酸甘油停減率。研究結(jié)果:1.兩組患者治療前后中醫(yī)證候積分療效比較,治療組有效率為90.00%,對(duì)照組為63.33%,P0.05,具有明顯差異,治療組療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。2.兩組患者治療前后心絞痛癥狀療效比較,治療組療效明顯高于對(duì)照組,P0.05,具有明顯差異。3.兩組患者治療前后心電圖療效比較,不具有明顯差異,P0.05。4.兩組患者治療前后硝酸甘油停減率比較,治療組的硝酸甘油停減率83.33%,對(duì)照組為60.00%,P0.05,具有明顯差異。結(jié)論:1.中藥穴位貼可明顯改善穩(wěn)定型心絞痛(寒凝心脈證)患者的中醫(yī)臨床癥狀。2.中藥穴位貼能改善穩(wěn)定型心絞痛(寒凝心脈證)患者的心絞痛癥狀。3.中藥穴位貼能提高穩(wěn)定型心絞痛(寒凝心脈證)患者的硝酸甘油停減率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (CHD) with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine, and to explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of this method on stable angina pectoris. Methods: the patients with stable angina pectoris (TCM syndrome differentiation was chest arthralgia-cold coagulation heart pulse syndrome) were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. 30 patients in each group were treated with basic western medicine. Treatment group on the basis of the control group plus traditional Chinese medicine acupoint paste treatment observation index: before treatment and two weeks after treatment recorded TCM syndromes symptoms of angina pectoris ECG changes and nitroglycerin stop reduction rate. The result of the study was: 1. The effective rate of TCM syndromes integral before and after treatment was 90.00g in the treatment group and 63.33 in the control group (P 0.05). The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (.2.) The effect of angina pectoris in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), and there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment. There was no significant difference in the effect of electrocardiogram between the two groups before and after treatment (P 0.05.4). The reduction rate of nitroglycerin in the treatment group was 83.33 and that in the control group was 60.00P0.05, there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment. Conclusion 1. Chinese medicine acupoint plaster can significantly improve the stable angina pectoris (cold coagulation heart pulse syndrome) patients with traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms. 2. 2. Chinese medicine acupoint plaster can improve stable angina pectoris (cold coagulation heart pulse syndrome) patients with angina pectoris symptoms. 3. Traditional Chinese medicine acupoint plaster can improve the stopping rate of nitroglycerin in patients with stable angina pectoris.
