【摘要】：目的:通過電針針刺腰部核心肌群治療腦卒中后平衡功能障礙,觀察該法加強(qiáng)患者軀干肌肌力,提高患者軀干控制能力,改善隨意運(yùn)動協(xié)調(diào)性,提高患者平衡能力的臨床療效。方法:在本研究中,選取腦卒中后平衡功能障礙的患者62例作為研究對象。將所有患者隨機(jī)分為2組,對照組31例,治療組31例,對照組給予神經(jīng)內(nèi)科常規(guī)治療和針刺,治療組在此基礎(chǔ)上加針刺腰部核心肌群,應(yīng)用Berg平衡量表、Fugl-Meyer平衡功能評定量表、sheikh軀干控制能力測定量表、核心肌群徒手肌力評定量表對患者進(jìn)行評定,觀察患者平衡功能障礙改善情況。結(jié)果:1、對照組與治療組的Berg平衡量表、Fugl-Meyer平衡功能評定量表、sheikh軀干控制能力測定量表、核心肌群徒手肌力評定量表評分積分治療前后組內(nèi)對比均顯著提高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.01);2、治療后,治療組Berg平衡量表、Fugl-Meyer平衡功能評定量表、sheikh軀干控制能力測定量表、核心肌群徒手肌力評定量表評分積分與對照組進(jìn)行組間比較,療效更優(yōu),差異顯著(p0.05)。結(jié)論:1、電針腰部核心肌群可提高腦卒中患者軀干肌肌力及軀干控制能力,促進(jìn)下肢功能恢復(fù),提高步行能力;2、電針腰部核心肌群能改善腦卒中患者平衡功能,提高動作協(xié)調(diào)性,是腦卒中康復(fù)的有效治療方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of this method on strengthening the muscle strength of trunk muscle, improving the control ability of trunk, improving the coordination of random movement and improving the balance ability of patients after stroke. Methods: in this study, 62 patients with poststroke balance dysfunction were selected. All the patients were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n = 31) and the treatment group (n = 31). The Berg balance scale and Fugl-Meyer balance function scale were used to evaluate the control ability of the trunk of Fugl-Meyer and the bare hand muscle strength of the core muscle group to observe the improvement of the balance dysfunction of the patients. Results the Berg balance scale of the control group and the treatment group, the Fugl-Meyer balance function scale and the measurement of the control ability of the trunk of Fugl-Meyer, the score of the core muscle group with the unarmed muscle strength assessment scale, were significantly improved before and after treatment. The difference was statistically significant (p0.01). After treatment, the Berg balance scale and the Fugl-Meyer balance function scale were used to measure the control ability of the trunk, and the score of the core muscle group was better than that of the control group. The difference was significant (p0.05). Conclusion electroacupuncture of lumbar core muscle group can improve trunk muscle strength and trunk control ability of stroke patients, promote lower limb function recovery and improve walking ability. Electroacupuncture of waist core muscle group can improve balance function and motion coordination of stroke patients. It is an effective treatment for stroke rehabilitation.
