【摘要】：目的探討中醫(yī)運(yùn)氣學(xué)說與南京地區(qū)肺結(jié)核發(fā)病情況的相關(guān)性。方法收集南京地區(qū)2003~2014年的肺結(jié)核發(fā)病資料,將發(fā)病率按照不同時(shí)段劃分,從運(yùn)氣角度對其進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果從歲運(yùn)看,肺結(jié)核發(fā)病率在金運(yùn)不及之年最多;從六氣看,以二之氣最多,三之氣次之;從司天看,在少陽相火時(shí)最高;從在泉看,在厥陰風(fēng)木時(shí)最高;從運(yùn)氣相合看,在太乙天符年、天符年、天刑年較高,同歲會年、小逆年及順化年較低。結(jié)論南京地區(qū)肺結(jié)核發(fā)病情況基本符合運(yùn)氣學(xué)說的相關(guān)理論,說明運(yùn)氣理論可以較好的詮釋南京地區(qū)肺結(jié)核的動態(tài)變化,對于做好肺結(jié)核的防控有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the correlation between the theory of luck and the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in Nanjing. Methods the data of tuberculosis from 2003 to 2014 in Nanjing area were collected, and the incidence rate was divided into different periods and analyzed from the angle of luck. Results from the point of view of year old, the incidence of tuberculosis was the highest in the year when gold was unlucky; in terms of six qi, the second was the most, and the third was the second; from the view of Si Tian, it was the highest when the Shaoyang was on fire; from the spring, it was the highest in Jueyin; from the combination of luck, it was the highest. In Taiyi Tianfu year, the criminal year is higher, the same year is lower, the small inverse year and the hue year are lower. Conclusion the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in Nanjing basically accords with the theory of luck, which shows that the theory of luck can better explain the dynamic changes of pulmonary tuberculosis in Nanjing, and has certain reference value for the prevention and control of pulmonary tuberculosis.
