【摘要】：目的:本次研究通過觀察四合一方對(duì)胃癌前病變的治療作用和臨床癥狀的改善情況,探討四合一方的可能治療機(jī)制,為中醫(yī)對(duì)胃癌前病變的治療探索新的治療方法和思路。方法:選擇符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的胃癌前病變患者62例,按中醫(yī)辨證分型納入肝胃不和證、脾胃虛弱證、脾胃濕熱證、胃絡(luò)瘀血證治療;使用四合一方辨證加減,服藥2個(gè)療程,每個(gè)療程3個(gè)月。采用自身前后對(duì)照分析,觀察療效時(shí)觀察各種證型治療前后的中醫(yī)癥候積分,四種證型組間的療效,治療前后Hp陽性例數(shù),治療前后病理檢查的萎縮、腸上皮化生、異型增生。結(jié)果:1.各種證型治療前后中醫(yī)癥候積分比較,治療后積分比治療前積分明顯下降,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2.四種證型中醫(yī)癥候療效組間比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。3.治療前后Hp陽性比較,治療后Hp陽性比治療前下降,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。4.治療前后病理檢查比較,治療后萎縮、腸化、異型增生比治療前改善,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1.四合一方能靈活運(yùn)用于不同的胃癌前病變證型并能改善患者臨床癥狀。2.四合一方能逆轉(zhuǎn)胃癌前病變,減緩胃癌前病變的進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the possible therapeutic mechanism of Siyinfang in the treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer by observing the therapeutic effect and the improvement of clinical symptoms of SYF in order to explore a new treatment method and train of thought for the treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Methods: Sixty-two patients with gastric precancerous lesions who met the inclusive criteria were selected to be treated with syndrome of disharmony of liver and stomach, deficiency of spleen and stomach, dampness and heat of spleen and stomach, and blood stasis of stomach according to syndrome differentiation of TCM. Each course of treatment was 3 months. The syndromes of different syndromes before and after treatment, the curative effect among the four syndromes groups, the number of HP positive cases before and after treatment, the atrophy of pathological examination before and after treatment, intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia were observed. The result is 1: 1. All kinds of syndrome before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score comparison, after treatment the integral scores were significantly lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). 2. There was no significant difference between the four syndromes of TCM syndromes (P0.05). 3. HP positive comparison before and after treatment, HP positive after treatment than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). 4. Before and after treatment pathological examination comparison, after treatment atrophy, intestinal metaplasia, dysplasia than before treatment improved, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion 1. The four-in-one formula can be used flexibly in different types of gastric precancerous lesions and can improve the clinical symptoms. 2. 2. The four-in-one prescription can reverse gastric precancerous lesion and slow down the progress of gastric precancerous lesion.
