【摘要】：腹瀉型腸易激綜合征屬中醫(yī)"腹痛""泄瀉"范疇,該病發(fā)作迅速、痛勢急迫、迅速緩解,具有風(fēng)善行而數(shù)變的特點(diǎn),與患者情志不暢,肝氣郁結(jié),疏泄太過有關(guān)。肝風(fēng)內(nèi)動(dòng)是腹瀉型IBS反復(fù)發(fā)作的主要病機(jī),治療在辨證的基礎(chǔ)上,佐柔肝息風(fēng)治法,臨床上可獲得較好的療效。
[Abstract]:Diarrhoeal irritable bowel syndrome belongs to the category of "abdominal pain" and "diarrhea" in traditional Chinese medicine. The disease has the characteristics of rapid attack, urgent pain and rapid remission, and has the characteristics of good wind and many changes, which is related to the unobstructed feelings of the patients, the stagnation of liver-qi and the relaxation of too much. The internal movement of the liver wind is the main pathogenesis of the diarrhea type IBS repeated attacks. On the basis of differentiation of symptoms and signs, the treatment with the method of soothing the liver and relieving the wind can obtain a better curative effect clinically.
