【摘要】：正瞑眩反應是中醫(yī)在審證求因、辨證施治過程中出現(xiàn)的一種特殊的客觀現(xiàn)象,是人體陽氣得湯藥或針灸之助,邪正劇烈相爭而出現(xiàn)一時性癥狀加劇的特有的逆病勢、循捷徑而奏效的表現(xiàn)。盡管暈針在現(xiàn)代被認為屬于針刺異常情況之一,然而針灸臨床中有時卻會出現(xiàn)患者暈針后反而療效增加或使某些慢性頑固性疾病獲得意想不到之滿意療效,其與瞑眩反應似有相通之處。筆者以瞑眩反應為切入點,對暈針與臨床療
[Abstract]:Positive dizziness response is a special objective phenomenon in the process of syndrome examination and syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine. It is the help of Yang Qi decoction or acupuncture, the fierce competition of evil spirit and the emergence of a special adverse effect of the aggravation of temporary symptoms. The act of taking a shortcut that works. Although halo acupuncture is considered to be one of the abnormal cases of acupuncture in modern times, it sometimes appears that the curative effect of acupuncture patients after halo acupuncture increases or makes some chronic refractory diseases obtain unexpected satisfactory curative effect. It seems to have something in common with the dizziness of the reaction. The author regards the dizziness reaction as the breakthrough point, the halo acupuncture and the clinical treatment.
