【摘要】：風(fēng)寒暑濕燥火六淫皆可致病,現(xiàn)代多從風(fēng)寒、寒飲等角度論治鼻鼽,但對(duì)于火熱導(dǎo)致鼻鼽論述較少。鼻鼽有陰寒之證,亦有火熱之證,不當(dāng)偏執(zhí)一面。病邪在致病過(guò)程中不斷發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)化,臨床辨證應(yīng)當(dāng)詳求病機(jī),有此癥狀當(dāng)探求機(jī)制,無(wú)彼癥狀亦當(dāng)明了其原因。火熱為主的鼻鼽與寒性鼻鼽臨床表現(xiàn)可有諸多相似之處,然致病之本不同,施治則因之而異。文章從陰以陽(yáng)為主,感邪多熱化;鼻鼽所因,風(fēng)木火濕;火熱之鼽,主癥辨析3個(gè)方面來(lái)論述火熱在鼻鼽發(fā)病中的重要作用,以期對(duì)臨床診斷治療鼻鼽有所裨益。若因火熱之邪不斷耗傷肺陰,而無(wú)有效治療,導(dǎo)致肺之陰陽(yáng)俱虛,導(dǎo)致虛證,即鼻鼽遷延不愈,而呈現(xiàn)反復(fù)發(fā)作甚至不斷加重的臨床表現(xiàn)。而寒性鼻鼽由于長(zhǎng)期的氣機(jī)不暢,亦可導(dǎo)致局部火熱怫郁。
[Abstract]:Wind, summer, heat, dampness, dryness, fire and six harms can cause disease, modern people treat rhinitis from the angles of wind and cold, cold drink and so on, but there is less discussion about heat leading to rhinitis. Rhinitis have Yin cold syndrome, but also hot syndrome, improper paranoid side. The pathogenesis of the disease should be explored in detail in clinical syndrome differentiation, and the mechanism should be explored, and the causes of the symptoms should also be understood. There are many similarities between fiery rhinitis and cold rhinitis. This article discusses the important role of fiery heat in the pathogenesis of rhinitis from three aspects: Yang as the main body, heat as the main cause, wind, wood, fire and dampness as the cause of rhinitis, and the main symptoms as the main symptoms, in order to be of benefit to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of rhinitis. If there is no effective treatment because of the evil of fire and heat, it will lead to deficiency of both yin and yang of the lung, which will lead to deficiency syndrome, that is, rhinitis, and present the clinical manifestation of repeated attack and even aggravation. Cold rhinitis due to long-term Qi-Qi unobstructed, can also lead to local hot-hot depression.
