【摘要】：目的:觀察針刺聯(lián)合通心絡(luò)對(duì)周圍性面神經(jīng)麻痹神經(jīng)功能和肌電圖的影響。方法:將84例周圍性面神經(jīng)麻痹患者按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組42例和治療組42例,兩組患者在西醫(yī)對(duì)癥治療的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)照組給予針刺治療,研究組患者給予針刺聯(lián)合口服通心絡(luò)膠囊治療。治療4周后,觀察兩組患者的臨床療效和神經(jīng)功能恢復(fù)情況,檢測(cè)眼輪匝肌、鼻肌及口輪匝肌的神經(jīng)電圖潛伏期及患健側(cè)波幅比值。結(jié)果:治療4周后,治療組患者的總有效率95.24%,明顯高于對(duì)照組80.95%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=4.086,P=0.043)。治療組患者的眼裂閉合評(píng)分、口角偏斜評(píng)分和FNFI指數(shù)均顯著高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療組的眼輪匝肌、鼻肌及口輪匝肌的神經(jīng)電圖潛伏期均顯著低于對(duì)照組,而患健側(cè)波幅比值高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:針刺聯(lián)合通心絡(luò)治療周圍性面神經(jīng)麻痹臨床療效明確,促進(jìn)神經(jīng)功能恢復(fù),改善肌電圖,利于患者康復(fù),值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of acupuncture combined with Tongxinluo on nerve function and electromyography of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods: 84 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into control group (n = 42) and treatment group (n = 42). Patients in the study group were treated with acupuncture combined with oral Tongxinluo capsule. After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy and recovery of nerve function of the two groups were observed, and the latency of electroneurogram and the amplitude ratio of the affected side of orbicularis oculi muscle, rhinus muscle and orbicularis oris muscle were detected. Results: after 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the patients in the treatment group was 95.2443, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (80.95%). The difference was statistically significant (蠂 ~ (2 +) 4.086 / P ~ (0.043). The scores of fissure closure, angle of mouth deflection and FNFI index in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). The latency of EMG in the orbicularis oculi muscle, rhinus muscle and orbicularis oris muscle in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, while the amplitude ratio of the affected side was higher than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: acupuncture combined with Tongxinluo in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis has a definite clinical effect, promotes the recovery of nerve function, improves electromyography, and is beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
