【摘要】：自噬是機(jī)體內(nèi)利用溶酶體降解自身受損細(xì)胞組分的過(guò)程,有利于機(jī)體內(nèi)物質(zhì)平衡和內(nèi)環(huán)境穩(wěn)態(tài)。在肝臟脂質(zhì)代謝過(guò)程中,一方面細(xì)胞自噬的上調(diào)促進(jìn)脂滴的分解,一方面自噬的下調(diào)則促進(jìn)脂質(zhì)的聚積,同時(shí)肝臟細(xì)胞脂質(zhì)聚積也會(huì)對(duì)自噬產(chǎn)生負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)。自噬對(duì)于肝臟脂質(zhì)代謝的正向或者負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié),從微觀調(diào)控著體內(nèi)的脂質(zhì)穩(wěn)態(tài)。陰陽(yáng)自和是陰陽(yáng)二者生理狀態(tài)下自動(dòng)維持平衡的能力,細(xì)胞自噬也是微環(huán)境的動(dòng)態(tài)平衡。筆者試從中醫(yī)陰陽(yáng)自和角度論細(xì)胞自噬對(duì)于肝臟脂質(zhì)代謝的影響,闡述從細(xì)胞自噬與陰陽(yáng)自和理論指導(dǎo)肝臟脂質(zhì)代謝紊亂治療的現(xiàn)代意義。
[Abstract]:Autophagy is a process in which lysosomes are used to degrade the components of self-damaged cells, which is beneficial to the substance balance and homeostasis of the body. In the process of liver lipid metabolism, on the one hand, the up-regulation of autophagy promotes the decomposition of lipid droplets, on the other hand, the down-regulation of autophagy promotes the accumulation of lipid, at the same time, the accumulation of lipids in liver cells can also produce negative regulation on autophagy. Autophagy regulates lipid homeostasis in vivo microscopically. Yin-yang self-harmony is the ability to maintain the balance automatically in the physiological state of Yin-Yang, and autophagy is also the dynamic balance of microenvironment. This paper tries to discuss the effect of cellular autophagy on lipid metabolism of liver from the perspective of self-harmony of yin and yang in traditional Chinese medicine, and expounds the modern significance of guiding the treatment of liver lipid metabolism disorder from the theory of autophagy and self-harmony of yin and yang.
