【摘要】：目的分析內(nèi)熱針治療肩周炎的療效。方法抽取清遠市陽山縣中醫(yī)院自2016年3月—2017年2月期間收治的80例肩周炎患者,依據(jù)治療方法差異性均分兩組,每組患者比例各40例。予以溫針治療+常規(guī)康復(fù)訓練的患者作為對照組,予以內(nèi)熱針+常規(guī)康復(fù)訓練治療的患者作為治療組,最后對兩組患者的治療效果進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果兩組患者經(jīng)不同方法治療后,治療組患者治療總有效率同參照組比對明顯較高,組間數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果由統(tǒng)計工具進行檢驗呈現(xiàn)出統(tǒng)計學意義。結(jié)論肩周炎予以內(nèi)熱針治療,效果理想,在臨床上應(yīng)用有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the therapeutic effect of internal heat acupuncture on scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods 80 cases of periarthritis of shoulder treated from March 2016 to February 2017 in Yangshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Qingyuan were divided into two groups according to the difference of treatment methods. The proportion of each group was 40. The patients were treated with warm needling plus routine rehabilitation training as control group. As a treatment group, the treatment effect of the two groups was statistically analyzed. Results after the two groups of patients treated by different methods, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the reference group. The results of the data between the groups were statistically significant by the statistical tools. Conclusions the results of the scapulohumeral periarthritis were given. The therapeutic effect of internal heat needle is ideal, and it is of great significance in clinical application.
