基于一測多評法研究畬藥食涼茶黃酮類物質(zhì)動態(tài)變化規(guī)律

【摘要】:目的一測多評(QAMS)法測定畬藥食涼茶中4種黃酮類成分,并以其研究食涼茶黃酮類物質(zhì)的動態(tài)變化規(guī)律。方法以蘆丁為參照物,分別建立其與山柰酚-3-O-蕓香糖苷、槲皮素、山柰素的相對校正因子(f),并計算食涼茶中各成分量,實現(xiàn)QAMS。同時采用外標(biāo)法驗證QAMS法的準(zhǔn)確性和可行性。結(jié)果蘆丁與山柰酚-3-O-蕓香糖苷、槲皮素和山柰素的f分別為1.158、0.475 6、0.431 9,RSD分別為0.73%、1.55%、1.58%;QAMS法測定結(jié)果與外標(biāo)法測定結(jié)果無顯著差異。不同月份食涼茶中黃酮類成分質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)差異明顯,2個來源食涼茶之間的量差異亦較明顯。結(jié)論以蘆丁為參照物同時測定山柰酚-3-O-蕓香糖苷、槲皮素、山柰素的QAMS法可用于畬藥食涼茶的定量分析。以黃酮類物質(zhì)為指標(biāo),食涼茶的最佳采收期為7月和8月。
[Abstract]:Objective to determine four kinds of flavonoids in she herbal tea by (QAMS), and to study the dynamic changes of flavonoids in traditional Chinese herbal tea. Methods the relative correction factors (f), of rutin and kaempferol 3-O- rutin, quercetin and kaempferol were established, and the contents of components in herbal tea were calculated to realize QAMS. At the same time, the accuracy and feasibility of QAMS method were verified by external standard method. Results the f of rutin and kaempferol 3-O- rutin, quercetin and kaempferol were 1.158, 0.475, 6, 0.431 9, respectively. The RSD of Rutin, kaempferol and kaempferol were 0.73 and 1.551.58, respectively. There was no significant difference between Rutin and kaempferol by QAMS method and external standard method. The contents of flavonoids in Chinese herbal tea were significantly different in different months, and the difference in quantity between two sources of herbal tea was also obvious. Conclusion the quantitative analysis of kaempferol 3-O- rutin, quercetin and kaempferol with rutin as reference material can be used for the quantitative analysis of herbal tea. The optimum harvest time of herbal tea was July and August with flavonoids as index.
