【摘要】：目的:本文通過(guò)觀察癌腫消對(duì)胃癌術(shù)后氣滯血瘀證患者的臨床癥狀、生活質(zhì)量、體重等近期療效指標(biāo)的改變,評(píng)價(jià)癌腫消的療效,為中醫(yī)藥治療胃癌提供新思路。方法:選擇符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的胃癌術(shù)后患者64例,用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為兩組,治療組32例,對(duì)照組32例,對(duì)照組采用胃復(fù)春治療,治療組采用癌腫消,分別對(duì)兩組病人臨床癥候療效、生活質(zhì)量變化、體重變化等方面進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究。結(jié)果:(1)在中醫(yī)證候療效方面,治療組的總有效率高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療組在改善胃脘疼痛、食后腹脹、惡心嘔吐、反酸噯氣等癥狀方面優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05),在緩解腹部壓痛、改善口唇面色晦暗及舌象瘀血等體征方面優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。(2)治療組和對(duì)照組均能提高患者的生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分,兩組治療前后均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);與對(duì)照組比較,治療組的總有效率明顯高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。(3)治療組治療后可穩(wěn)定或增加患者的體重,治療前后有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05),對(duì)照組治療前后在穩(wěn)定或增加體重方面無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);與對(duì)照組比較,治療組的總有效率明顯高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:癌腫消能有效改善胃癌術(shù)后患者氣滯血瘀證的臨床癥狀,穩(wěn)定或增加體重,提高生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the effect of Qiangzhongxiao on the treatment of gastric cancer by observing the changes of clinical symptoms, quality of life and body weight in patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome after operation of gastric cancer, so as to provide a new idea for the treatment of gastric cancer with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: 64 patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 32), control group (n = 32) and control group (n = 32). The clinical symptoms, quality of life and weight were compared between the two groups. Results: (1) the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P0.05); the treatment group in improving epigastric pain, abdominal distension after eating, nausea and vomiting, The symptoms of acid regurgitation and belching were better than that of the control group (P0.05), and the symptoms of relieving abdominal tenderness, improving lip color and blood stasis were better than those of the control group (P0.05). (2), both the treatment group and the control group could improve the quality of life score of the patients. Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). (3) the treatment group could stabilize or increase the weight of the patients after treatment, and compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05). Before and after treatment there was statistical difference (P0.05), the control group before and after treatment in stable or weight gain no statistical difference (P0.05); compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: Yiyongxiao can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, stabilize or increase body weight, and improve the quality of life in patients with gastric cancer after operation.
