【摘要】：目的分析兩種方法治療老年帶狀皰疹的效果。方法選擇2004年3月～2005年3月收治的118例帶狀皰疹病人,年齡均大于55歲。隨機(jī)分成A、B兩組:A組67例采用口服泛昔洛韋0.2g,3次/d口服共7d,同時(shí)局部注射白介素Ⅱ封閉1周2次,連續(xù)3周;B組51例單純口服泛昔洛韋0.2g,3次/d口服共7d。結(jié)果A組治愈54例,治愈率80.60%,總有效率為91.04%,伴有后遺神經(jīng)痛8例,占11.94%;B組治愈24例,治愈率為47.06%,總有效率為70.77%,伴有后遺神經(jīng)痛24例,占47.06%。結(jié)論神經(jīng)痛是老年帶狀皰疹主要的后遺癥,采用局部白介素封閉,將大大減少后遺神經(jīng)痛的發(fā)生,減少老年患者精
