【摘要】：通過分析歷代醫(yī)家對《內(nèi)經(jīng)》中"發(fā)表不遠熱,攻里不遠寒"的注釋,并結合文獻進行分析,指出如下幾點:(1)無論治療表證里證,決定治療方法的是疾病性質(zhì)的本身,而不是時令氣候。其關鍵在于病證真假。若是真寒,則不遠熱;若是真熱,則不遠寒。(2)"發(fā)表不遠熱,攻里不遠寒"是"用熱遠熱,用寒遠寒"的一種特殊情況,"發(fā)表不遠熱"用于表寒之證,"攻里不遠寒"用于里熱之證。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis of the commentary of the physicians of the past dynasties on "publishing not too much heat, attacking the li and not the cold" in the Classic of Internal Medicine and combining with the analysis of the literature, it is pointed out that the following points: 1) regardless of the treatment of syndrome and syndrome, it is the nature of the disease that determines the treatment method. Not the seasonal climate. The key lies in the truth and falsity of the disease. If it is really cold, it is not too hot; if it is really hot, it is not far from cold. A special case of "cold far away", "published not far heat" used to show cold, "attack not far cold" used in heat card.
