【摘要】：目的:觀察熱敏灸治療肩周炎(風(fēng)寒濕型)臨床療效。方法:共納入患者60例,隨機分為熱敏灸組和電針組,每組30例。治療兩個療程后,觀察比較兩組患者在疼痛、肌力、功能活動情況、前屈活動度、滿意度及UCLA總分的變化情況。結(jié)果:1.比較兩組內(nèi)治療前后UCLA積分,除肌力項外均有差異(P0.05),其中在疼痛、功能活動度以及總評分方面有顯著性差異(P0.01)。2.比較兩組間治療后的積分差值,在疼痛、功能活動度以及UCLA總分方面,熱敏灸組效果優(yōu)于電針組,兩組有顯著性差異(P0.01),但在肌力、滿意度及前屈活動度方面,兩組無差異(P0.05)。3.比較兩組總有效率,熱敏灸組為93.33%,電針組為90.00%,兩組有差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:熱敏灸治療肩周炎(風(fēng)寒濕型)療效確切,在改善疼痛、功能活動度及UCLA總分方面尤為顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of heat sensitive moxibustion on shoulder periarthritis. Methods: a total of 60 patients were randomly divided into thermosensitive moxibustion group and electroacupuncture group with 30 cases in each group. After two courses of treatment, the changes of pain, muscle strength, functional activity, flexion activity, satisfaction and UCLA total score were observed and compared between the two groups. The result is 1: 1. The UCLA scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. There were significant differences between the two groups in terms of pain, functional activity and total score except muscle strength. The difference of score after treatment between the two groups was compared. The effect of thermosensitive moxibustion group was better than that of electroacupuncture group in terms of pain, functional activity and UCLA total score. There was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.01), but there was no difference in muscle strength, satisfaction and anterior flexion activity between the two groups. The total effective rate of the two groups was 93.33 in the heat-sensitive moxibustion group and 90.00in the electroacupuncture group. Conclusion: Thermosensitive moxibustion is effective in treating shoulder periarthritis (wind-cold and dampness type), especially in improving pain, functional activity and total score of UCLA.
