【摘要】：研究背景:中醫(yī)學(xué)作為一門(mén)醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué),“名老中醫(yī)”代表著當(dāng)前中醫(yī)學(xué)術(shù)和臨床發(fā)展的最高水平,積極整理和研究并完整地傳承名老中醫(yī)理論和臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)將推動(dòng)中醫(yī)各方面的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。解建國(guó)教授臨證40余載,積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn),并形成了許多獨(dú)特的學(xué)術(shù)思想。本人跟師侍診期間,凡遇奇難怪癥,多感同身受,臨癥細(xì)致,處方精妙,難得之處在于治病古今接軌,不泥于古,臨證用藥,攻補(bǔ)得當(dāng),應(yīng)用靈活。解師認(rèn)為,沒(méi)有理論指導(dǎo)的臨床猶如盲人摸象,只有通過(guò)不斷地理論學(xué)習(xí)和總結(jié),反復(fù)驗(yàn)證、應(yīng)用于臨床中,才能形成完整的學(xué)術(shù)體系,指導(dǎo)并啟迪后人。目的:本研究分為兩部分:第一部分,全面整理研究解建國(guó)教授學(xué)術(shù)思想和臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)。第二部分,全面綜述炭藥的研究進(jìn)展及總結(jié)、探討解建國(guó)教授臨床應(yīng)用炭藥經(jīng)驗(yàn)。方法:通過(guò)收集、整理跟師隨診間的病歷,查閱恩師著作、歷屆研究生發(fā)表文章以及接受言傳身授等方式歸納相關(guān)診療信息,統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析臨床數(shù)據(jù),將收集整理的資料進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果:第一部分主要從4個(gè)方面來(lái)總結(jié)解建國(guó)教授學(xué)術(shù)思想和臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn):(1)提倡中醫(yī)微觀辨證與宏觀辨證結(jié)合指導(dǎo)臨床;(2)較早主張“帶瘤生存”治療癌腫的理念,提出治癌三法及治癌原則,重視整體治療,強(qiáng)調(diào)扶正補(bǔ)虛,抗癌抑瘤縮瘤等;(3)臨床上,審時(shí)度勢(shì),同病異治,隨病程階段、病情輕重的靈活加減,選藥的精準(zhǔn)等。(4)大膽運(yùn)用附子、活用蟲(chóng)藥、善用對(duì)藥等用藥特色。第二部分,從炭藥的歷史沿革、炮制工藝的研究、炮制原理的研究、現(xiàn)代藥理的研究、現(xiàn)代中醫(yī)臨床應(yīng)用炭藥經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行炭藥研究進(jìn)展的綜述,并通過(guò)整理歸納、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析142例解建國(guó)教授臨床應(yīng)用炭藥的臨床數(shù)據(jù)及臨床應(yīng)用炭藥淺談初步總結(jié)、探討解建國(guó)教授臨床應(yīng)用炭藥經(jīng)驗(yàn)。結(jié)論:解建國(guó)教授深諳岐黃之術(shù),思外揣內(nèi),審病必求因,臨證數(shù)十年,學(xué)驗(yàn)俱豐,臨床尤擅治疑難頑難之疾,救人活命,起死回生,數(shù)以萬(wàn)千,其學(xué)術(shù)思想及臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)值得學(xué)習(xí)與總結(jié)。本次研究成果初步較全面地反映出解建國(guó)教授的學(xué)術(shù)思想和臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn),然由于時(shí)間較緊迫、理解體會(huì)總結(jié)能力有限,對(duì)于解建國(guó)教授的特色學(xué)術(shù)觀點(diǎn)及臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)或許突出不夠,望以后能繼續(xù)不斷豐富、完善其學(xué)術(shù)思想及臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Background: as a medical science, "famous old Chinese medicine" represents the highest level of academic and clinical development of traditional Chinese medicine. It will promote the further development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) by actively sorting out and studying and inheriting the famous TCM theory and clinical experience. Professor Xie Jianguo has accumulated rich experience and formed many unique academic thoughts for more than 40 years. During my consultation with my teacher, it is no wonder that I have the same feelings and feelings, and the prescription is delicate and delicate. What is rare is that the treatment of the disease is in line with the past and the present, is not clinging to the ancient, clinical medicine, attack and repair appropriate, flexible application. In his opinion, clinical practice without theoretical guidance is like a blind man's feeling. Only through continuous theoretical study and summary, repeated verification and application in clinical practice, can a complete academic system be formed, guide and enlighten future generations. Objective: this study is divided into two parts: the first part is a comprehensive study of Professor Xie Jianguo's academic thought and clinical experience. In the second part, the research progress and experience of clinical application of carbon drugs are summarized. Methods: by collecting, sorting out the medical records with the teacher, consulting the works of the teacher, publishing articles by successive graduate students and accepting the teaching of speech and body, the relevant diagnosis and treatment information was summarized, statistics and clinical data were analyzed. The collected data will be collected for study. Results: the first part mainly summarized Professor Xie Jianguo's academic thought and clinical experience from four aspects (1) advocated the combination of micro syndrome differentiation and macro syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine to guide clinical practice. (2) early advocated the idea of "survival with tumor" in treating cancer. Put forward three methods of cancer treatment and the principle of cancer treatment, pay attention to the whole treatment, emphasize strengthening and reinforcing deficiency, anticancer and tumor inhibition, etc.) clinically, judge the situation, treat the same disease differently, and add or decrease flexibly with the course of the disease, the severity and severity of the disease. Conclusion: professor Xie Jianguo is well versed in the techniques of differentiation and yellow, thinking of the outside and conjecturing the cause of the disease. After decades of clinical experience, he has learned to cure the difficult and difficult diseases, save people's lives, revive the dead, and bring back thousands of people. Its academic thought and clinical experience are worth learning and summing up. The results of this study reflect Professor Xie Jianguo's academic thought and clinical experience in a relatively comprehensive way. However, due to time constraints and limited ability of understanding and summing up, it may not be enough for Professor Xie Jianguo's characteristic academic views and clinical experiences. Hope to continue to enrich, improve its academic thinking and clinical experience.
