【摘要】：目的觀察五子衍宗湯加味、六味地黃丸對男性精子質(zhì)量和畸型率的影響。方法將182例精子活動質(zhì)量低、多畸形精子癥患者依數(shù)字表法隨機(jī)分為觀察組92例和對照組90例,觀察組采用加味五子衍宗湯,對照組采用六味地黃丸治療。兩組均以3個月為1個療程。觀察兩組治療前后精子活動率和活動力(a%+b%)、精子畸形率的變化,比較兩組治療后臨床療效。結(jié)果兩組臨床總有效率分別為83.70%和56.66%,組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。觀察組治療后精子活動率和活動力(a%+b%)、精子畸形率均有顯著改善。結(jié)論加味五子衍宗湯有效促進(jìn)生殖系統(tǒng)附屬性腺功能分泌,從而改善精子活動質(zhì)量;而六味地黃丸"三瀉"化瘀滲濕、利水排毒能改善畸形精子發(fā)生率各具優(yōu)勢。同時表明中醫(yī)經(jīng)典(子類)中藥方劑對精子獲能和"三瀉"排毒機(jī)制研究具有重要臨床價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of Wuzi Yanzong decoction and Liuwei Dihuang Pill on sperm quality and abnormal rate. Methods 182 patients with low sperm motility and multiple deformities were randomly divided into observation group (n = 92) and control group (n = 90). The observation group was treated with modified Wuzi Yanzong decoction and the control group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang pill. Both groups were treated with 3 months as a course of treatment. To observe the changes of sperm motility, motility and sperm abnormality rate before and after treatment in the two groups, and compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment. Results the total effective rate of the two groups was 83.70% and 56.66% respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.01). After treatment, the sperm motility, motility and sperm deformity rate were significantly improved in the observation group. Conclusion Jiawei Wuzi Yanzong decoction can effectively promote the function and secretion of the accessory gonad of the reproductive system and improve the quality of sperm motility, while the Liuwei Dihuang pills can improve the incidence of abnormal spermatozoa by removing blood stasis and infiltrating dampness and promoting water and detoxification. At the same time, the traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions have important clinical value in the study of sperm capacitation and the mechanism of "Sanxiao" detoxification.
