【摘要】：經(jīng)方在治療冠心病方面有一定優(yōu)勢,文章總結了筆者臨床多年用經(jīng)方論治冠心病的經(jīng)驗,包括活血化痰法、益氣活血法、清熱活血法、溫陽散結法、益氣養(yǎng)陰法、理氣散結法、理氣活血法、通陽化飲法以及溫陽化濕法,從治法、用藥、臨證加減等方面做了較系統(tǒng)的介紹,希望可以啟迪臨床。
[Abstract]:Jing Fang has certain advantages in the treatment of coronary heart disease. This article summarizes the author's experience in treating coronary heart disease in clinical practice for many years, including activating blood circulation and resolving phlegm, supplementing qi and activating blood circulation, clearing away heat and activating blood circulation, warming yang and dispersing blood, supplementing qi and nourishing yin, regulating qi and dissipating knot. The method of regulating qi and activating blood circulation, the method of tonifying Yang and promoting dampness, and the method of warming yang and dissipating dampness are introduced systematically from the aspects of treatment, medication, addition and subtraction of clinical symptoms and so on, hoping to enlighten the clinical practice.
