【摘要】：目的:本試驗(yàn)擬通過(guò)臨床病例對(duì)照觀察,分析平樂(lè)熏藥驗(yàn)方聯(lián)合電針療法與單純電針療法治療腰椎退行性骨關(guān)節(jié)病的療效對(duì)比,探討兩組治療結(jié)果的差異,評(píng)價(jià)平樂(lè)薰藥聯(lián)合電針療法對(duì)腰椎退行性骨關(guān)節(jié)病患者的臨床治療作用,并規(guī)范平樂(lè)薰藥療法的操作技術(shù)和流程,推廣簡(jiǎn)便驗(yàn)廉的傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)療法。方法:選取2016年1月至2016年10月之間在深圳平樂(lè)骨傷科醫(yī)院疼痛科住院,且符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例腰椎退行性骨關(guān)節(jié)病患者作為研究對(duì)象,采用簡(jiǎn)單隨機(jī)方法分為治療組、對(duì)照組各30例。治療組采用平樂(lè)薰藥聯(lián)合電針治療,對(duì)照組采用單純電針治療。對(duì)比兩組患者治療前后VAS疼痛評(píng)分、JOA評(píng)分以及紅外熱圖局部均溫,對(duì)所收集的資料進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,對(duì)比兩種治療方法的療效差異。結(jié)果:治療前,治療組VAS疼痛評(píng)分、JOA評(píng)分以及紅外熱圖局部均溫分別為:5.97±1.033、14.33±1.882、26.98±1.556;對(duì)照組VAS疼痛評(píng)分、JOA評(píng)分以及紅外熱圖局部均溫分別為:5.90±0.960、14.57± 1.960/27.75± 1.486。治療結(jié)束后,治療組VAS疼痛評(píng)分、JOA評(píng)分以及紅外熱圖局部均溫分別為:1.87± 1.548、21.87±3.224、27.88±1.786。對(duì)照組治療后 VAS 疼痛評(píng)分、JOA評(píng)分以及紅外熱圖局部均溫分別為:3.50±1.697、19.43±2.635、28.95±1.405。治療前,兩組患者VAS疼痛評(píng)分、JOA評(píng)分以及紅外熱圖局部均溫經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,均p0.05,無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;治療結(jié)束后,兩組患者VAS疼痛評(píng)分、JOA評(píng)分以及紅外熱圖局部均溫經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,均P0.05,有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。治療組VAS疼痛評(píng)分總有效率為86.67%,JOA總有效率為80%。對(duì)照組VAS疼痛評(píng)分有效率為63.33%,JOA有效率為60%。兩組患者VAS總有效率和JOA總有效率經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,均P0.05,有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:平樂(lè)薰藥驗(yàn)方聯(lián)合電針療法與單純電針療法治療腰椎退行性骨關(guān)節(jié)病均有比較好的臨床療效,經(jīng)過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析可知,平樂(lè)薰藥聯(lián)合電針療法療效更佳,值得臨床應(yīng)用推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the therapeutic effects of Pingle fumigation prescription combined with electroacupuncture therapy and simple electroacupuncture therapy on lumbar degenerative osteoarthropathy by clinical case-control observation, and to explore the difference between the two groups in the treatment of lumbar degenerative osteoarthropathy. To evaluate the clinical effect of Pingle fumigation combined with electroacupuncture on lumbar degenerative osteoarthropathy, and to standardize the operation technology and procedure of Pingle fumigation therapy, and to popularize the simple and effective traditional Chinese medicine therapy. Methods: 60 patients with lumbar degenerative osteoarthropathy who were hospitalized in pain department of Shenzhen Pingle Orthopedic and Trauma Hospital from January 2016 to October 2016 were selected as study objects. There were 30 cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated with Pingle fumigation combined with electroacupuncture, while the control group was treated with simple electroacupuncture. The VAS pain score JOA score and local mean temperature of infrared thermogram were compared before and after treatment. The data collected were statistically analyzed and the curative effects of the two methods were compared. Results: before treatment, the VAS pain score and JOA score and the local mean temperature of infrared thermogram in the treatment group were: 1: 5.97 鹵1.033 鹵1.882 鹵26.98 鹵1.556, respectively, while in the control group, the VAS pain score, JOA score and the local mean temperature of infrared thermogram were 5.90 鹵0.960,14.57 鹵1.960-27.75 鹵1.486, respectively. After the treatment, the VAS pain score, JOA score and local mean temperature of infrared thermogram in the treatment group were: 1. 87 鹵1. 548 鹵21. 87 鹵3. 224V 27.88 鹵1. 786, respectively. In the control group, the VAS pain score, JOA score and the local mean temperature of infrared thermogram were: 1: 3.50 鹵1.697g 19.43 鹵2.635v 28.95 鹵1.405, respectively. Before treatment, VAS pain score, JOA score and local mean temperature of infrared thermogram were statistically analyzed, all of them had no statistical significance, after treatment, the two groups had VAS pain score and JOA score and local mean temperature of infrared thermogram were statistically analyzed. All of them had significant statistical significance (P 0.05). The total effective rate of VAS pain score in treatment group was 86.67 and the total effective rate of JOA was 80. In the control group, the effective rate of VAS score was 63.33 and the effective rate of JOA was 60. The total effective rate of VAS and the total effective rate of JOA in both groups were statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: Pingle fumigation prescription combined with electroacupuncture therapy and simple electroacupuncture therapy have better clinical effects on lumbar degenerative osteoarthropathy. The statistical analysis shows that the combination of Pingle fumigation medicine and electroacupuncture therapy is more effective than that of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar degenerative osteoarthropathy. It is worthy of clinical application.
