【摘要】：目的通過觀察微針療法聯(lián)合中藥內服治療黃褐斑的臨床療效,研究對黃褐斑安全、有效的治療方法,并為此法在臨床的推廣和運用奠定理論基礎。方法本實驗共70例患者參與研究,均為2015年1月—2016年5月就診于湖北省中醫(yī)院鳳凰門診美容科的黃褐斑患者,且均符合診斷標準及排除標準。采用電腦隨機分組法將其分為治療組和對照組,治療組35例,采用微針療法聯(lián)合中藥內服進行治療,內服中藥根據(jù)臨床所診斷的證型進行辨證組方,用法:顆粒劑水沖服,一劑/日,早晚各服用一次。微針治療每隔三周治療一次。三個月為一個療程。對照組同樣35例,采用辨證中藥內服聯(lián)合2%氫醌乳膏(千白)局部外用治療,其內服中藥的辨證組方及用法同治療組;2%氫醌乳膏于每晚潔面后取適量外擦在面部色斑處,按摩直至藥物吸收,同樣治療三個月。兩組患者在年齡、病程及辨證分型等基本資料方面,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學分析均無顯著性差異(P0.05),具有可比性。治療期間,對所有患者進行隨訪,了解并記錄有無不良反應發(fā)生。一個療程后,對兩組患者治療前后的皮損面積及顏色積分進行評定,并進行統(tǒng)計學分析,比較治療組和對照組之間的療效是否具有顯著差異性。結果1、經(jīng)治療,治療組臨床療效總有效率為94.29%,對照組總有效率為77.14%,兩組對比差異具有顯著統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);2、經(jīng)治療,治療組對黃褐斑患者皮損面積、顏色的改善明顯優(yōu)于對照組,且兩組差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。治療過程中及治療后,兩組均未發(fā)現(xiàn)不良反應。結論經(jīng)治療,兩組患者的局部皮損情況及伴隨癥狀均有所改善,但治療組總有效率明顯優(yōu)于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。說明采用微針療法聯(lián)合中藥內服治療黃褐斑,臨床療效較好,可明顯提高黃褐斑的臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the safe and effective treatment of chloasma by observing the clinical effect of microacupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chloasma, and to lay a theoretical foundation for the clinical application and popularization of the method. Methods A total of 70 patients with chloasma were enrolled in the study from January 2015 to May 2016 in the Department of Cosmetology, Phoenix Clinic of Hubei traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, and all of them were in accordance with the diagnostic criteria and exclusion criteria. The patients in the treatment group were divided into treatment group and control group at random. 35 cases in the treatment group were treated with microacupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine. Take one dose / day each morning and evening. Microacupuncture is treated every three weeks. Three months is a course of treatment. The same 35 cases in the control group were treated by local and external use of 2% hydroquinone cream (Thousand white), the same as the treatment group, which took 2% hydroquinone cream every night after cleansing. Massage until the drug is absorbed, the same treatment for three months. There was no significant difference in age, course of disease and syndrome differentiation between the two groups by statistical analysis. During treatment, all patients were followed up to see if any adverse reactions had occurred. After a course of treatment, the area and color score of skin lesions were evaluated before and after treatment, and statistical analysis was carried out to compare the curative effect between the treatment group and the control group. Results 1. After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.29 and the total effective rate of the control group was 77.14. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). After treatment, the area and color of the skin lesions in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). During and after treatment, no adverse reactions were found in both groups. Conclusion after treatment, the local skin lesions and associated symptoms of the two groups were improved, but the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The results showed that the treatment of chloasma by microacupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine had better clinical effect and could improve the clinical efficacy of chloasma.
