【摘要】：自錢乙提出"腎主虛,無實"以來,腎無實證之說便為許多醫(yī)家所推崇,然而在《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》當(dāng)中已經(jīng)有了較為詳細(xì)的關(guān)于腎實證脈象、癥狀表現(xiàn)和治法的記載。張仲景創(chuàng)立腎氣丸治療腎臟虛實夾雜之證,已經(jīng)認(rèn)識到了濕邪是導(dǎo)致腎實證的主要病因。結(jié)合當(dāng)今時代特點,其病因又當(dāng)以濕熱和痰火為最多,在治療上當(dāng)遵循"實則瀉之"的原則。
[Abstract]:Since Qian Yi put forward "kidney control deficiency, no solid", the theory of kidney without empirical evidence has been respected by many doctors. However, there have been more detailed records on renal evidence pulse, symptom manifestation and treatment method in Huangdi Internal Classic. Zhang Zhongjing established Shenqi Pill to treat the syndrome of kidney deficiency and deficiency, and has recognized that dampness is the main cause of kidney syndrome. Combined with the characteristics of the times, its etiology should be dampness and heat and phlegm fire as the most, and follow the principle of "solid is diarrhea" in treatment.
