【摘要】：目的觀察分析清熱化淤湯對老年胃食管反流病患者的療效。方法選取該院2015年9月一2016年9月期間收治的老年胃食管反流病患者85例,隨機分為觀察組和對照組,對照組患者采用常規(guī)西醫(yī)治療,觀察組患者口服清熱化淤湯治療,比較兩組的治療效果。結果治療前兩組患者在中醫(yī)癥候積分、MTL(血漿胃動素)水平、GAS(胃泌素)水平等方面對比差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);治療后,觀察組患者的臨床治療有效率高于對照組(P0.05);觀察組患者的中醫(yī)癥候積分低于對照組(P0.05);觀察組患者的MTL、GAS水平均優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結論與常規(guī)西醫(yī)治療相比清熱化淤湯在治療老年胃食管反流病方面更具有優(yōu)勢,可以更有效的改善患者的臨床癥狀,提高臨床治療的有效率,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe and analyze the curative effect of Qingre Huayu decoction on the elderly patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods from September 2015 to September 2016, 85 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in control group were treated with routine western medicine, and patients in observation group were treated with Qingre Huayu decoction orally. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results there was no significant difference between the two groups in TCM symptom score and plasma motilin level and gastrin level before treatment (P 0.05). The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), the TCM symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the level of MTLGAs in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion compared with western medicine, Qingre Huayu decoction has more advantages in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease in the elderly, can improve the clinical symptoms of patients more effectively, improve the effective rate of clinical treatment, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
