【摘要】：目的：通過觀察六香散穴位貼敷與耳針對(duì)比治療氣滯血瘀型帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛的臨床療效,探討六香散穴位貼敷治療氣滯血瘀型帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛的可行性與作用機(jī)理,為中醫(yī)治療帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛提出新的思路與方法。方法：將符合西醫(yī)診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及中醫(yī)證候診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛患者隨機(jī)分為治療組(30例)和對(duì)照組(30例)。治療組給予六香散外敷神闕穴進(jìn)行穴位貼敷治療,隔日一次,一周4次；對(duì)照組給予耳針治療,雙側(cè)耳穴貼壓,每日揉按3次,每次3分鐘。兩組觀察周期均為4周,在第4周治療結(jié)束進(jìn)行療效評(píng)價(jià),比較治療前后疼痛積分改善情況。結(jié)果：本研究共完成55例患者的臨床療效觀察,治療組28例,對(duì)照組27例。治療組總有效率為92.8%,對(duì)照組總有效率為81.5%,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析P0.05,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,治療組療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。兩組治療前后疼痛程度積分差值比較P0.05,兩組治療前后疼痛持續(xù)時(shí)間積分、疼痛間隔時(shí)間積分差值比較P0.05,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,說明在緩解疼痛程度方面,治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組；但是在緩解疼痛持續(xù)時(shí)間及疼痛間隔時(shí)間方面,治療組和對(duì)照組無明顯差異。結(jié)論：六香散穴位貼敷對(duì)氣滯血瘀型帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛有治療效果,能夠緩解患者的疼痛感,是一種安全有效的中藥外治法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the feasibility and mechanism of Liuxiang Powder acupoint application and ear acupuncture in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia after herpes zoster with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type, and to explore the feasibility and mechanism of treating postherpetic neuralgia caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis type. To provide a new idea and method for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia of herpes zoster. Methods: the patients with herpes zoster neuralgia were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with external application of Liuxiang Powder at Shenque point, once every other day, 4 times a week, while the control group was treated with auricular acupuncture, bilateral auricular points were pressed and rubbed 3 times a day for 3 minutes each time. The observation period was 4 weeks, the curative effect was evaluated at the end of the 4th week, and the improvement of pain score before and after treatment was compared. Results: the clinical effect of 55 patients was observed, 28 cases in the treatment group and 27 cases in the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.8 and the total effective rate of the control group was 81.5. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment, which indicated that the treatment group was superior to the control group in relieving the pain degree. The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was P0.05, and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was P0.05. the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant. But there was no significant difference in pain relief duration and pain interval between treatment group and control group. Conclusion: the acupoint application of Liuxiang Powder has therapeutic effect on postherpetic neuralgia caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis type herpes zoster. It can relieve the pain of the patients and is a safe and effective method of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
