【摘要】：目的:通過針刺頸性眩暈患者益腦方(百會、風府)加雙側腎俞穴,與單純針刺益腦方相對照,觀察針刺兩組穴對椎—基底動脈血流動力學的影響,以探討針刺益腦方加雙側腎俞穴是否可更好改善頸性眩暈患者椎—基底動脈血流動力學,為臨床處方選穴提供客觀依據(jù)。方法:研究共納入60例頸性眩暈患者,采用隨機數(shù)字表法按1:1比例隨機分為觀察組和對照組各30例。觀察組取百會、風府(益腦方)加雙腎俞穴,對照組取益腦方。采用TCD檢測針刺前后椎—基底動脈血流速度變化,并進行統(tǒng)計學分析,比較兩組針刺治療效果的異同。結果:針刺治療前后組間及組內(nèi)比較,統(tǒng)計學分析顯示:針刺益腦方及加雙側腎俞穴兩種取穴治療對PICA低血流速均有較好的治療效果,針刺前后比較均有極顯著差異(P0.01);針刺益腦方加雙側腎俞穴對BA及VA高血流速改善較好,針刺前后比較均有顯著性差異(P0.05),比單純針刺益腦方效果明顯。結論:針刺益腦方加雙側腎俞穴對頸性眩暈患者椎—基底動脈血流動力學具有較好的改善作用,為臨床治療頸性眩暈的處方選穴提供了客觀依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of acupuncture on vertebrobasilar artery hemodynamics in patients with cervical vertigo by acupuncture of Yinao Fang (Baihui, Fengfu) and bilateral Shenshu acupoints. To explore whether acupuncture Yinao Fang and bilateral Shenshu point can improve the vertebrobasilar artery hemodynamics in patients with cervical vertigo, and provide objective basis for the clinical prescription of acupoints selection. Methods: 60 patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The observation group received Baihui, Fengfu (Yinao Fang) plus Shuangshenshu point, and the control group took Yinao recipe. The changes of blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery before and after acupuncture were measured by TCD, and statistical analysis was carried out to compare the effect of acupuncture between the two groups. Results: before and after acupuncture treatment, the comparison between the two groups and within the group, statistical analysis showed that acupuncture Yinao Fang and combined with the two sides of Shenshu acupoint extraction treatment for PICA low blood flow rate has a better therapeutic effect. There were significant differences before and after acupuncture (P0.01A), acupuncture of Yi-Nao Fang plus bilateral Shenshu point could improve the blood flow velocity of BA and VA, and there was significant difference before and after acupuncture (P0.05N), which was more effective than that of Yi-Naofang alone. Conclusion: acupuncture of Yinao Fang plus bilateral Shenshu points can improve the vertebrobasilar artery hemodynamics in patients with cervical vertigo, and provide an objective basis for clinical treatment of cervical vertigo.
