【摘要】：基于《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》(以下簡稱《內(nèi)經(jīng)》)對(duì)水液代謝過程的概述,聯(lián)系"腎者胃之關(guān)"上下文,結(jié)合諸多學(xué)者對(duì)于"腎者胃之關(guān)"的論述及其指導(dǎo)下的臨證實(shí)踐,認(rèn)為"腎者胃之關(guān)",此句原義是暗含以胃為水液代謝的"上源",腎為之"下源"的整個(gè)津液代謝過程,強(qiáng)調(diào)的是從全局考量水液代謝疾病。腎為胃之門戶,腎病及于胃,由腎治胃;胃為腎之上源,胃病及于腎,從胃治腎。并著重從胃治腎的角度進(jìn)行"腎者胃之關(guān)"的闡釋,以拓展對(duì)于"腎者胃之關(guān)"的全面認(rèn)識(shí),為從胃治腎的臨證提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Based on the summary of the process of water and liquid metabolism in Huangdi Internal Classic (hereinafter referred to as "the Internal Classic"), and in connection with the context of "the pass of the stomach of the kidney," and the discussion of many scholars on "the pass of the stomach of the kidney" and the clinical practice under the guidance of the scholars, The author thinks that the original meaning of "the stomach of the kidney" is the whole process of the metabolism of the body fluid which implies the metabolism of the stomach as the water solution and the kidney as the "lower source", and emphasizes the overall consideration of the disease of the metabolism of the water and fluid. Kidney is the portal of the stomach, nephropathy and stomach, by the kidney to treat the stomach; stomach is above the kidney, stomach disease in the kidney, from the stomach to treat the kidney. From the point of view of treating kidney by stomach, the author interprets "the pass of stomach of kidney" in order to expand the comprehensive understanding of "the pass of stomach of kidney", and to provide the theoretical basis for the clinical syndrome of treating kidney by stomach.
