【摘要】：腸易激綜合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)是一種以腹痛或腹部不適伴排便習(xí)慣改變?yōu)樘卣鞫鵁o(wú)器質(zhì)性病變的常見(jiàn)功能性腸病。祖國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)無(wú)該疾病病名,據(jù)其相關(guān)癥狀表現(xiàn)可將其歸入“腹痛”、“泄瀉”、“便秘”等范疇。而吾師以為,“泄瀉”和“便秘”只是根據(jù)其某一癥狀進(jìn)行分類,并不能完全反映疾病的情況,故而將其歸入“腹痛”范疇更為貼切。吾師姜樹(shù)民,從醫(yī)30余年,擅于治療各類消化系統(tǒng)疾病,在腸易激綜合征的治療上亦有獨(dú)到見(jiàn)解。吾師認(rèn)為IBS多為在外感、飲食、稟賦、體虛等因素的作用下,氣滯、濕濁、污濁三者,或單獨(dú)出現(xiàn),或相互為患,阻滯中焦,復(fù)加情志因素參雜其中,以致脾胃升降失常,小腸清濁不分,大腸傳導(dǎo)失司,從而發(fā)為本病。治療上以“健脾和胃”、“祛濕化濁”、“分清泌濁”、“安神定志”為主要原則,再隨證加減藥物,用藥時(shí)顧護(hù)脾胃,不額外增加脾胃負(fù)擔(dān),同時(shí)給予患者心理、飲食方面的調(diào)護(hù)指導(dǎo),在臨床治療當(dāng)中取得滿意療效。
[Abstract]:Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a common functional bowel disease characterized by abdominal pain or abdominal discomfort with defecation change without organic lesions. Chinese medicine has no name of the disease, according to its symptoms can be classified as "abdominal pain", "diarrhea", "constipation" and other categories. My teacher thinks that diarrhea and constipation are classified according to one of their symptoms and can not completely reflect the condition of the disease, so it is more appropriate to classify them as "abdominal pain". Jiang Shumin, my teacher, has been a doctor for more than 30 years. He is good at treating all kinds of digestive diseases, and has unique views on the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. My teacher believes that IBS is mostly caused by exogenous factors, such as qi stagnation, dampness, turbidity, and turbidity, or each other, block the middle coke, and add the emotional factors among them, thus causing the spleen and stomach to rise and fall in an abnormal way, as a result of the influence of factors such as external sensation, diet, endowment, and deficiency of body, etc. The small intestine clears turbidity does not distinguish, the large intestine conduction is lost, thus hair is this disease. In treatment, the main principles were "strengthening the spleen and stomach", "removing dampness and turbid," distinguishing turbidity from bleeding "," tranquilizing the mind ", and then adding and subtracting drugs with the syndrome, protecting the spleen and stomach while taking medicine, not adding extra burden to the spleen and stomach, and at the same time giving the patients psychology. Dietary nursing guidance, in the clinical treatment of satisfactory results.
