【摘要】：目的:本研究旨在探討經(jīng)筋手法治療腰椎間盤突出癥的臨床療效,為經(jīng)筋手法治療腰椎間盤突出癥提供臨床依據(jù)。方法:選取2016年1月-2017年1月就診于桂林市中醫(yī)醫(yī)院推拿科門診和病房60例腰椎間盤突出癥患者,并隨機(jī)分為兩組,即試驗組和對照組。每組各30例,對照組采用常規(guī)推拿治療,試驗組采用經(jīng)筋手法治療,共治療4個療程,記錄兩組患者治療前、后VAS評分、JOA評分、CODI評分,并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果:1.在治療4個療程后兩組VAS疼痛評分療效比較顯示:經(jīng)t檢驗得出,P0.05,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,提示經(jīng)筋手法治療緩解疼痛方面臨床療效優(yōu)于常規(guī)推拿治療。2.在治療4個療程后兩組JOA腰痛評分療效比較顯示:經(jīng)t檢驗得出,P0.05,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,提示經(jīng)筋手法改善腰椎功能的臨床療效優(yōu)于常規(guī)推拿治療。3.在治療4個療程后兩組CODI評分療效比較顯示:經(jīng)t檢驗得出,P0.05,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,提示筋手法改善腰椎功能障礙的臨床療效優(yōu)于常規(guī)推拿治療。4.在治療4個療程后兩組臨床療效比較,經(jīng)秩和檢驗得出,Z=-3.963,P0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,提示經(jīng)筋手法治療腰椎間盤突出癥的臨床療效與常規(guī)治療方法相比,臨床療效方面效果更優(yōu)。結(jié)論:1.經(jīng)筋手法治療腰椎間盤突出癥,在緩解疼痛、改善腰椎功能及善腰椎功能障礙和臨床療效方面更優(yōu)于常規(guī)推拿治療。2.經(jīng)筋手法是一種有效、無創(chuàng)傷、可行性好的腰椎間盤突出癥的保守治療方法,值得在臨床工作中推廣運用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical effect of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by means of meridian manipulation, and to provide clinical basis for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by means of meridian manipulation. Methods: from January 2016 to January 2017, 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. There were 30 cases in each group, the control group was treated with routine massage, and the experimental group was treated with meridian manipulation for 4 courses. The VAS score before and after treatment were recorded and analyzed statistically. The result is 1: 1. The comparison of VAS pain score between the two groups after 4 courses of treatment showed that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant, indicating that the clinical efficacy of massage therapy was better than that of conventional massage therapy. 2. The comparison of JOA low back pain score between the two groups after 4 courses of treatment showed that the difference was statistically significant by t test, indicating that the clinical effect of improving lumbar vertebrae function by meridian manipulation was better than that of conventional massage therapy. 3. The comparison of CODI scores between the two groups after 4 courses of treatment showed that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant, indicating that the clinical effect of muscle manipulation on improving lumbar vertebrae dysfunction was better than that of conventional massage therapy. 4. After 4 courses of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared, and the results of rank sum test showed that the difference was statistically significant. It suggested that the clinical effect of the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by means of meridian manipulation was better than that of the conventional treatment. Conclusion 1. The treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by means of meridians and tendons is better than that of conventional massage treatment in relieving pain, improving lumbar function, improving lumbar dysfunction and clinical curative effect. Meridian manipulation is an effective, non-invasive and feasible conservative treatment for lumbar disc herniation, which is worth popularizing in clinical work.
