【摘要】：神經(jīng)退行性疾病嚴(yán)重威脅著人們的健康。炎癥在神經(jīng)退行性疾病的發(fā)生與發(fā)展中始終扮演著重要角色,其主要特征是小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞的激活和炎性因子的水平升高。本文綜述了神經(jīng)炎癥與多種退行性疾病的關(guān)系和體內(nèi)外模型,并結(jié)合中醫(yī)對(duì)"腦病"的認(rèn)識(shí),總結(jié)多種中藥提取物及其單體化合物阻止小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞活化、抑制神經(jīng)炎癥的藥理作用和機(jī)制,為逐步揭示中醫(yī)治療腦病"證-方-藥"的相關(guān)規(guī)律、特征,提高臨床用藥的準(zhǔn)確性和開(kāi)發(fā)防治腦病的新藥物提供基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Neurodegenerative disease is a serious threat to people's health. Inflammation plays an important role in the development and development of neurodegenerative diseases. The main features are the activation of microglia and the level of inflammatory factors. This article reviews the relationship between neuroinflammation and multiple degenerative diseases and the model in vivo and in vivo and in combination with traditional Chinese medicine. To understand the "encephalopathy", summarize the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of various Chinese medicine extracts and their monomers to prevent the activation of microglia and inhibit neuroinflammation. It provides a basis for gradually revealing the related laws and characteristics of TCM Treating Encephalopathy "syndrome square medicine", improving the accuracy of clinical medication and developing new drugs to prevent and cure encephalopathy.
